The story is still not making sense. So the girl was sexually assaulted. So she picks the driver to accuse then says he didn’t do it. Someone obviously did it according to the evidence. But she isn’t sure anything happened because of her frame of mind And the brother was there also. But obviously he doesn’t know anything because of his frame of mind and other personal issues. This whole story makes no sense whatsoever. Obviously someone is hiding something

To the OP. You didn’t provide enough information. But you should google something like airline compensation or something like that from that country. And get official rules and regulations regarding airline compensation from the country of origin. Then see if there is any compensation at all according to the circumstances involved. Not all circumstances are entitled to compensation. Here you are mostly going to get opinions. You need official information.
