  1. Seems you have options from other posters but for MEA bills would try the top left box labeled "CA/Ref No.1" which is nine digits. I am set up for auto payment from bank account so have never tried your method.
  2. Normally the bigger the clinic the better as get specialized treatment. Believe most hospitals will have dental departments so that might be a good option. I use such a facility here in Bangkok, where there is also a number of good large clinics available. Expect whoever you now use could recommend someone to do the RCT. Sorry have no knowledge of local facilities.
  3. So would expect a test for H Pylori might be your priority - there seem to be several types available from stool to breath with this easy if offered here: Am sure most doctors would be willing to test - even if they do not believe it is what you have. https://my.clevelandclinic.org/health/diagnostics/5217-h-pylori-helicobacter-pylori-breath-test--urea-breath-test
  4. I have used RCD for more than 45 years here in Bangkok in home with 5 refrigerators/6 air conditioners/6 water heaters/LED lighting and in the handful of times there was an issue got it fixed. Yes it can be a PIA to find issue at times but as said they have been years apart. RCD works well.
  5. Actually Thailand was and is well aware of such - have been using here in Bangkok since 1977 locally made units long before they became common in USA (and then only for single circuit bathrooms/pools). They are not law here but many people have bought and use. Safe-t-cut was the original local maker and still in business. Getting grounds installed should also be a higher priority but as said change can be slow.
  6. Actually have not been in Maine for many years (we had summer cottage on Parker Pond in Casco and lived in NH) so expect much more developed. We also enjoyed the beaches and old mansion hotels along the coast - but inland it was very much the backwoods 50-60 years ago. But the lobster made up for it.
  7. Just remember a CT scan delivers about 70 times the amount of radiation as a normal x-ray so great when really needed but not something you want if not really required. As for being a "gold standard" that site seems to be alone with any reference to CT for Asthma from a quick search. As Mayo Clinic does not mention it suspect it is not a first line test. The NIH (gold standard for US) says: And mentions of x-ray/CT seem to be used to rule out rather than in. But admit am only a user of medicine and have no medical knowledge beyond some reading of PDR many years ago and use of internet today.
  8. Do not believe if stated or not. Was the price paid exactly what Shopee said it should be? Did Shopee ever report delivery? There seem to be shipments made just in the hope receiver will not question it and pay - we always have to check on such items for family members before making payments.
  9. Do not believe this is totally true as I know they have dedicated floors for rehab in the new bone surgery building at Vejthani Hospital. Suspect other major hospitals are also doing. There is also rehab at nursing home facilities here in Bangkok and suspect other larger cities. It is available in an organized setting but suspect most prefer brief instructions and DIY at home rather than have to travel and expose any weakness to others.
  10. Although it has been many years often made that trip and quite enjoyed it - but luxury is not a term used for any class on Thai trains. A cleaned bathroom is about the most you could hope for - and found 2nd class to be much more enjoyable than 1st class as good seating and people watching and you could actually sleep (rather than rolling out of bed every time the train stops in the across coach beds of 1st class). Remember Thai rail is narrow gage so trains are not that wide.
  11. Which are raisins in USA. As that is where most come from they are called raisins. Will not get into which is the "real" world. ????
  12. Only because it was fixed about an hour ago - prior to then there were many of us unable to get any result from search (regardless of what words were used).
  13. So do I. Perhaps that was what he also got? But when search on oven I do get a sub menu of various oven terms so it is understood - but no matter when I chose get the no results box.
  14. Indeed they seem to be a total mess. Had to do the verification (at least that may indicate they are working on something). No name search of any kind - no access to previous orders but back door access still available from my reviews (previous order display restored at 0856). Category menu is working.
  15. But most of us are not stable when we make the decision to have to not have. Indeed there was overuse in the not so distant past but when used for blockage of 70% and more it can make a huge difference in your quality of life - even if it may not extend that life forever. And the majority of the cost is for the stents themselves rather than doctor/hospital. The topic at hand is pacemakers and believe that is the same - the cost of units is high - and not because it is imported (actually it may be a higher cost in countries that make I suspect - that is the case for many drugs and medical things).
  16. Just tried oven and spark plug and no results with either logged on or off, in Thai or English. There was a cumulative update to Windows10 today.
  17. FBS perhaps (fasting blood sugar).
  18. Which can be meaningless if you do not see the right doctor - they are not bots and can vary greatly.
  19. As said you should see a doctor and expect he will reduce or stop some medication. I would not wait for scheduled visit if you are older as falling can be serious and it appears you are at that point and perhaps good idea to make that 2 hour trip. It really is not good to change/stop without doctor check. There is also your pulse factor involved. I have stopped all medications as at home do not need (but have extreme white coat - anxious) readings when go hospital and doctors do feel anxious that other doctors will question them if they do not treat with medications when hospital readings are high - so expect there is a lot of over prescription when consult a new doctor.
  20. I thought I stated it was not a given wattage but the available wattage increases with the higher voltage in my post - sorry if not clear. IE you have ability to run more using higher voltage. As for the amps used I gave the formula so if you only want to use the same equipment (wattage) and increase voltage indeed the amperage would indeed be lower.

    Coffee

Having given the capsule (thimble) a try can only question how a coffee drinker can be happy with such a little sip. During work life always had a 16 or more cup percolator brewing to make it through the day. Thimble (supermarket sample) size cups are not my idea of coffee drinking - something to be aware of if you intend to drink more than a few CC a day.

    Coffee

Moccona is a lot better if you are not a Starbucks customer. Personally do not find brewed or designer coffee that attractive (but admit an pre Starbucks generation). ????
  23. As said the available work (watts) changes with increase in voltage (VxA=W). So if only the 1430w required you could use much smaller wire when change from 110 to 220 volts, but if use same wire you have much higher wattage ability (as long as plug/outlet/source can cope).
