Time to dust off my old trope: I am celebrating my 20 year anniversary this month since I arrived in LOS. Initially after seven years, I got fed up with the Thai red tape and sold or gave away my worldly possessions and moved to Zihuatanejo, Mexico. After six weeks of experiencing a REAL HELL HOLE, I got my ass back here with a renewed appreciation for what Thailand has to offer. Perfect? Of course not, but I've adjusted and am happy with my decision to spend the rest of my days here.

I recently took a trip to Pattaya when lightning hit at or near the hotel I was staying at. Though there were no signs of burning, the power supply to the laptop died, the usb-c to HDMI cable died, and I had to rebuild the laptop. Sh!t happens.

I honestly wonder if the talking heads at MSNBC, or late night commedians like Colbert (who the convicted felon/serial sex offender etc. has personally thrown shade at) - do they have an exit strategy in mind, should the tragedy of his plopping his diapered ass back in the chair behind the resolute desk actually happen?

Example (I voted "other"): I go to a brick-and-mortar store, knowing I have less than 50% chance of getting "Imperial Leather" soap, - or - I go to Lazada and know I will have it delivered to my home in two days for a nominal fee. I only go to Makro for fresh or frozen veggies, dairy, and printer paper. Lotus for tomatoes and onions (why they have the best here I'll never know). Virtually everything else is Lazada. I got fed up battling traffic just to find the shelves empty of the items I needed.

As a youth, I had an illegal grow-op in my basement of 18 plants. The STUPIDEST thing someone can do is to advertise something like that. Never used, the smell was vented through filters, no one caught wind of it (see what I did there?). After one crop I realized the reward was not worth the risk.

I believe Hillary lost her run because the polls all said she was a shoo-in, leaving many voters thinking "Oh, I don't need to vote, she's got this." I also believe Harris is much further ahead than polls indicate and isn't reported as such to keep the fires burning.
