You're referring to Rezūm Water Vapor Therapy. I'm considering it myself though I just switched from Tamsulosin to Silodosin and only get up once at night to pee. https://www.rezum.com/what-is-rezum/how-does-it-work.html

I believe most people here are safe - for now. "At the time of writing, Thailand has concluded 61 double tax agreements with countries worldwide. Armenia Hungary Poland Australia India Romania Austria Indonesia Russia Bahrain Israel Seychelles Bangladesh Italy Singapore Belarus Japan Slovenia Belgium Korea South Africa Bulgaria Kuwait Spain Cambodia Laos Sri Lanka Canada Luxembourg Sweden Chile Malaysia Switzerland China Mauritius Taipei Cyprus Myanmar Tajikistan Czech Republic Nepal Turkey Denmark Netherlands Ukraine Estonia New Zealand United Arab Emirates Finland Norway United States of America Germany Oman Uzbekistan Great Britain and Northern Ireland Pakistan Vietnam Hong Kong Philippines" https://www.belaws.com/thailand/double-tax-agreements/

You really are being thick here. From the START of this thread, no one has been able to provide definitive proof for or against the legality. That's what we've all been discussing, it's the very point of this thread - proof, not armchair experts professing their knowledge based on nothing. Last time I'm engaging on this: provide even ONE of your "numerous sources" or let it go.

Again, your anal orifice off gasses without anything to back it up. PROVE me wrong, please.

UK pensioners flock to luxury retirement resorts in Thailand

The 800k is easily transferred with a Thai will. Just doing a will for the 800K is 5k baht and 5% or 10% xfer fee by the court when you pass. -

Whatever screen you're looking at this text on, the guy who discovered this technology was a family friend. He had severe muscular dystrophy, and when he tried to find reasonable live-in care in Texas, was dismayed at the ridiculous cost. I tried to find someone from Thailand who would be thrilled at the opportunity to care for this guy. THAT was a no-go. For starters, a person needs to have a Bachelors degree just to apply for a visa to enter the US. All he needed was someone to do the washing, cooking, cleaning, and help him get around. There are no common sense laws in place. No wonder people are coming to Thailand for reasonably priced care. -

I was taking care of a sick relative in California who needed 24 hour care. When I looked into finding a daytime nurse to spell me (and anyone who has gone through such caretaking KNOWS what a toll it can take on you!), the cheapest medical assistance I could find was $30 PER HOUR with a MINIMUM of eight hour shifts x five days a week. Needless to say, I sought other options. -
Well! Imagine my surprise - my Youtube is back on WITH adblocking on Chrome. Greedy turds.

I have two air pistols and ALWAYS bring one whenever I ride my pushbike to deter feral beasts aka soi dogs. I DO carry it in a basket in the front and always place a rag on top for the very reason OP is asking. Try as I might, I could never find a definitive answer to whether or not they are legal. Thai laws - clear as mud.
