I didn't have much trust to begin with, but now, I really don't believe anything they (govt & health advisors, all acronyms) state anymore. If covid didn't prove that to the world, then there really are some really stupid MF'ers out there. Really is no other way to state it, and the stupidity goes way beyond ignorance. I'm seriously starting to believe their goal is to depopulate, while making billions of $$$ along the way ... IMHO

Our ICE version of ZS cost about ฿1600 to fill up (91), and 600 kms range (14kpL). About ฿50k a year for our average 20k kms a year That alone was reason enough to go BEV. Added performance was a nice plus.

@eddysacc Also, if & when PEA/MEA start paying a decent rate for buyback excess solar, the 5kW Deye inverter is on their approved inverter list. Two 5kw inverters give you redundancy also, if one does have an oops. If sticking with PowMr, then two 5kW might be the way to go. We also use Deye, an 8kW inverter, 2 yrs running, flawlessly, and only regret is not going with two 5kW inverters, for the extra juice & redundancy. Big price difference though, so if budget is a concern. PowMr seems decent along with @BritManToo having good experience using 👍

Was going to make a mushroom gravy, but forgot to pick up the mushrooms while at Makro. Do have some wasabi here, that's a thought. Haven't bought horseradish in ages. I don't use many sauces, mayo & such, as haven't started making my own. Mustards & Siracha are the usual ones, or I'll make salsa, though don't know how that would go on meatloaf. Was just being lazy and wanted to test the meatloaf. Just OK, but did make a decent onion gravy after the burger, since having more juices to work with. I never diet, as they just don't work long term. More munching lifestyle change. Keto ish, heavy on protein, green & fibrous veggies, low carb, and very low sugar, if any. Been at that for about 2 yrs, and sticking more to it (less cheating) the past year. Due to get all my blood work done before end of year, see if making much of a difference. Blood pressure, has been perfect, actually low the past few months. <120 / <80. Blood sugar / HbA1c lower (<5) and no longer in the higher (5.3) normal range. Everything else normal.

I'm also in a 15-18 hr window of fasting. Last snack is before 2000 hrs, and usually don't eat until 12 noon. Depends, sometimes before or after the dog takes me for my morning walk at the park. Just depend if busy or hungry. So might not be till 1300 or 1400 hrs, and if really buys, after 1500 hrs. First meal is always a couple eggs, maybe with some protein. Have my morning large black coffee around 0600-0800 hrs, while reading internet.

I don't buy ground meat/beef. I bought brisket and had them grind it. Actually bought some more today, as was on sale, so even cheaper than 'ground beef', which really could be anything. That's in the freezer, as have too much out already, even after making the meatloaf. Which was a nice snack/sandwich this afternoon. Getting my protein fix on today, and had a Beef Burger for dinner 💪

California doctor claims spicy Thai dish left her with chemical burns
KhunLA replied to snoop1130's topic in Thailand News
Someone that apparently doesn't order spicy food much, decides to order a very spicy dish ... oh well. Think she would have just sampled a very small piece, before eating enough to cause her discomfort. Poor comparison in the blip, comparing with one of the mildest peppers, Even the Cayenne pepper is 5 to 10X spicier than a Jalapeno pepper, but only half as spicy as Thai Bird's Eye pepper 50k vs 100k on the Scoville scale. edit: think they named the wrong dish in blip ... -

Bread & rolls, though not sure about the rolls. 50/50 mix (bread/whole wheat flour), so smaller & denser. Better flavor, bit healthier, but think to dense for burger bun. Thinking meatloaf later on. Change up my beef / protein intake. Steak & burgers getting old. Got a Kg of ground brisket yesterday 💡

I tried stevia also ... sucks 1 tsp / 4.2gr of sugar isn't going kill anyone, as all of 16 calories. I started drinking coffee black, then after awhile tried my usual sugar amount added (2 tsp / 400ml) and really tasted sweet. Now just drink it black. Don't even add sugar to Cappuccino when having. You might want to try a darker roast coffee, as not as bitter, so don't need the sugar. Although less caffeine, the darker the roast.

No need to register to read. CEO won't even drive his own crap ... wake up people. "Ford CEO Loves Daily Driving an Electric Sedan from a Chinese Competitor Ford CEO Jim Farley admitted he has been driving a Xiaomi SU7 for six months and said he "doesn't want to give it up." Besides Tesla, has any US auto maker, (or any) done this .... ... "The Xiaomi SU7 was met with such popular demand in China that it reportedly sold out of its entire 2024 production run on the first day. In fact, Xiaomi is said to have sold 100,000 units before the first model was even delivered." CN always accused of stealing tech. What do think Ford R&D are going to do with that Xiaomi. Well, might have to order another one, if CEO doesn't give it up.
