Fatal attraction: Taiwanese man dies after sex with Thai transwoman
KhunLA replied to snoop1130's topic in Thailand News
And what lot would that be ? I think you have me confused. My lot is of the right leaning libs, or so I'm told, though still question what that is. Words seem ever changing. -
What is one thing you learned from lefties?
KhunLA replied to Celsius's topic in ASEAN NOW Community Pub
To topic title ... how easy some people accept the programming of MSM. Covid a fine example, along with MMCC, and the rising seas. Those 3 can be blamed on sheer ignorance, OK, it happens, but throw in 'men can get pregnant', and it fall into beyond silly stupidity. We haven't even gotten to politics. Biden is great, and Trump is the devil ... good GOD. Did they not go shopping the last 4 years, or buy a house, pay rent. Or they still living with mommy & daddy. -
1. I've yet to hear a leftie talk rational about the right, or from facts. This forum is a fine example. Taking what I see and hear on the internet, and surely a bit bias. 2. probably wouldn't help 3. CC .. it's the climate, it changes. Current rainy season shift here / TH is evidence of that. MMGW, now that's total BS ... IMHO ... and no need to discuss my thought, yet again. 4. Try to force your views on righties, and you'll have no problem developing a nice aura. I can discuss & disagree or agree with anyone. 5. I did state 'a couple', as one conversation probably won't bring up any left or right opinions. Who pushes their 'agenda' on first contact with a stranger.

Not sure about the OP's thought that forum is now 'quiet'. A bunch of new threads, of 'what if' and what the lefties' prediction of pending policies and doom that with follow when Trump takes over the office. Damn good crystal balls they have. All BS of course. All things they predict, he didn't do last administration. So go figure

Your lack of understanding is obvious, and they were in a hotel room, and yet, you feel obligated (do care) to tell us your bigoted view of their lifestyle preference. Go figure -

Fatal attraction: Taiwanese man dies after sex with Thai transwoman
KhunLA replied to snoop1130's topic in Thailand News
Did you ever think they might be bisexual or pansexual, and not gay. Same for their parents. Try to think outside the bigoted box once in while -
Wow, I actually agree with the OP / @Jingthing, who would have thought, small miracles. Agree with the blues moving to blue, and reds to red states. Just common sense really and quite easy to do. As I've lived in 6 or 7 different states, only for work, as don't care about folks social issues. Not the linked article (didn't read) as the 'skyrockets' just told me to not waste my time. OP also leaves that thought open ... how many actually would do, as not nearly as simple as state to state. Agree ... "most people are all hat no cattle"

21st Century, and my parents have been dead for decades. Prove what, men have sex with each other. Been happening for centuries. Taiwan ... already has same sex marriages. Try to keep up. -

These threads are getting sillier and sillier. When you meet someone, and asked .. "hey where you from ? ", do you actually state more than America ? "America, oh, and by the way, I'm not a Republican, don't own a firearm, believe in MMGW & CC, also pro choice, and please refer to me as 'them/they' since they (not anyone) is my preferred pronoun" "Oh, and where are you from ?" "Oh, the UK you say, really" "Labor or Tory and did you vote for Brexit?" Really, this is the world you live in ? I just ask people if they are circumcised or have and vulva jewelry or prefer top or bottom.
-
You do realize, you could simply refer to anyone, by their 'name'. Why would you ruin a relationship with sister and niece, over pronouns ? You sure there's not something else going on.

How to get a Usufruct?
KhunLA replied to stubuzz's topic in Real Estate, Housing, House and Land Ownership
Just my passport. Others at different land offices needed quite a bit more. Some land offices, so we're told, just flat out won't do them. Just pop in local land office, and ask what they want to see. Good Luck -
How to get a Usufruct?
KhunLA replied to stubuzz's topic in Real Estate, Housing, House and Land Ownership
50-100 baht at the Land Office. I've done numerous times, at Udon Thani, 7-8 years ago, and PKK, a few years ago, and as recently as last month. -
How to get a Usufruct?
KhunLA replied to stubuzz's topic in Real Estate, Housing, House and Land Ownership
Simply ask for it. When you say 'your' property, what does that really mean ? Obviously if a detached house, it is not yours, unless you are a Thai national. Assuming you are not, as wouldn't need if Chanote in your name. Who's name is the Chanote in ? They need to give permission for the usufruct to be added. After that, need to ask the land office, what they require, paperwork, if any, to have added. You do NOT need a lawyer. Need to decide the usufruct to be just 'use' or 'use & modify'. Latter is the better choice. -
Yep, because that's what I wanted, but more importantly, all I needed. It's a machine that takes us from point A to point B. In the comfort level we require, nothing more, nothing less. That's why I don't need my Soc Sec. Don't waste funds on depreciating toys. Spent just as much money on land the last year, as we did on the MG. So if & when the wife needs another car, it will be from the profits of the land sale. Same as the MG now, and present house we live in. Paid for from the profits of the last house & land. That house was paid for partially from the first house we sold. See how that works. Not only do I not need my Soc Sec, I don't need to spend the money I came to TH with for appreciating purchases. Like the Soc Sec fund use to be, our money is a self generating fund for our future.

Yep ... in 10 years, I'll be on 80 yrs old. Don't need my SS now, and sure won't need it in the future. I don't think I know anyone that depends on their SS to live. Just extra pocket money to play with. People that depend on others (govt / companies) to take care of you in the future ... well ... nuff said You just can't fix stupid
