When O&A, we usually use EV Station Pluz, as they're located where we stop usually, PTT Parks. Since there for dog walk, stretch, P & a munch, we simply plug in. So charging adds very little, if any time to our journey. Other vendors we've used are, MG, PEA (@ Bangchak usually), Elexa. All along our routes, and all having food & facilities we're stopping for to use. Actually, very rare that we stop 'to charge'. Simply charge while stopped. Many times when settled in somewhere, we'll go out for a munch, and with so many PTTs & Banchaks, if convenient, we'll park there, plug in, and stroll to the restaurant.

I've been at it, a keto ish diet for about 2+ years. The past year, less cheating (pastries), and stick to homemade CheeseCake & Chocolate for my sweet tooth fix. Both high fat and very little sugar, and taste great. Bread is my Achilles heal, but cut way back on that. Also don't add sugar to my bread, and down to a slice or 2 a day when making, instead of a half of a loaf Along with eating fat and or protein with it, when I do indulge. Really is amazing how much better I feel. More energy, no inflammation aches & pains. Blood work near perfect; BP, HbAic, ketone levels.

Yep ... should have hid in the basement like Biden did in 2020. She may have won if just letting the MSM pundits campaign for her. But as soon as she opened her mouth and talk to people ... ... you could no longer hide the obvious -
I just rely on my eyes, and see a bunch of BEVs & hybrids now, along with all version of 2 & 3 wheelers. Especially in the big chain store parking lots, as they're locals, and not just tourist visiting surfside or on hwy #4 passing through. Two years ago I used to point them out to the wife, now, it would be silly to. Only a blind person doesn't see the trend

Not sure they actually have, but create for themselves. Moving is easy, as I've moved to about 5 different USA states while there, and moving to TH was easier than some of those moves, as didn't bring any 'baggage' with me. Only complication I can see, is leaving children behind, if can't afford repeat visits.

I don't think the OP wants to spend more than 35 baht. And 100gr just isn't going hold him/her/it over too long. To be fair, I wouldn't either. Only time I hit their salad bars, is when I'm creating a sandwich, and I'll get the roasted peppers & mushrooms, to add to my cold cuts on a Ciabatta masterpiece, when dining in the food court. Usually turns out to be a damn expensive meal, but tasty.

Shouldn't the title of thread be "On Nut area is cheaper" and not Bangkok.

I'm with the low (starchy) carb, and as little sugar as possible folks. Higher fat & protein intake. Unless pre or diabetic already, sugar isn't bad for you, but that really depends on the amount, when and how it's consumed. As long as you realize starchy carbs are sugar. Long & complex, but still sugar to the body. Surprisingly, you can take in a lot of fat & protein, and not gain weight, and apparently be healthier vs same caloric count that's heavy in carbs and low in fat. What you've told, the food pyramid, low fat diet is BS for most people. I still eat sugar, natural cane sugar, in extreme moderation, as don't care for, or am suspect of the sugar substitutes. It's the almost no starchy carbs that has made the difference in my diet, weight control and being much healthier.

You should have no problem charging at their house. Max draw of your charging cable is probably only 2-3000w. I believe it will still work, just may take a bit longer. Sure I'll be corrected if wrong. There's two @ ~25 & 42 kms away from PoPo station (PEA) and also have two others @ ~70 kms away. Along with a few ~100 kms away. How much driving do you plan on doing while there ? NO ... Unless an MG, you can't open an account with them. No really seeing a problem for you ... BYD Dolphin has a WLTP range of 427 kilometers. That's ~300 kms with a 30% reserve.

To topic title ... how easy some people accept the programming of MSM. Covid a fine example, along with MMCC, and the rising seas. Those 3 can be blamed on sheer ignorance, OK, it happens, but throw in 'men can get pregnant', and it fall into beyond silly stupidity. We haven't even gotten to politics. Biden is great, and Trump is the devil ... good GOD. Did they not go shopping the last 4 years, or buy a house, pay rent. Or they still living with mommy & daddy.
