I'd just buy an entry level ICE, and probably the Suzuki Celerio, as over 2 yrs time, cost the same as your rental. With Celerio, you lose nothing, and probably get half your 'rental' cost back for the upfront payment, when you sell. Big ??? marks on EV resale, so why bother.

I enjoy riding my ebike as much or more than my DECO. Do need the DECO though, for the dog, as she's quite comfy sitting in the basket. Take her to the park almost everyday in that, weather permitting.

+1 Used to rent on visits to Hua Hin & Phuket, due to ease of getting thru traffic & parking, or lack of, especially. Few 100 baht well worth the stress free riding.

Our panels are on a rolled steel roof. In that aspect, the house itself is grounded, as all is tied in together to the support columns in the dirt. Not copper or copper wrapped steel, but all the column are in the dirt. If not mistaken, think the copper earthing ground connected the the home electrical/breaker boxes, pretty much just protects the appliances and anyone touching them if a current goes haywire. With the solar system itself, being grounded through that also.

Agree @Isan Farang It really is one of the simplest things to bake. I use this recipe, (@ 7:20 of vid below) 4 ingredients and you don't need a food processor, although I use a stand mixer. Just need to knead by hand for about 5-8 minutes Instead of banquettes, (in vid) I make 1 loaf, using a spring-form pan. Excellent results. Same with me (USA) ... purchased 1 new truck, (over 26 yrs), as needing a dependable work truck for self employment & good tax deduction. All other, used vehicles, as better value, and I simply couldn't afford new. Here, TH, I'm on my 5th new one, in 21 yrs ???? Didn't own a car first 2 yrs here.
