First question have you stopped the area above the ceiling that has the drip? If not you should. Secondly a few months depending on what a "small drip" actually looks like. -

Some times it is slow and others tit takes juat a few seconds. I don't believe, but I may be wrong, the problem is with Wise but the bank the money is being sent to. -

Maybe the Tourist Authority should take a close look at countries that have good tourist growth. They could I am sure learn a lot from such places, taking such things on board though could be problematic when you consider that numbers mean everything to the Tourist Authority which in reality they don't.

If, and I don't believe we are, but if we only have 3 years left then there is nothing that can be done. So, go out enjoy yourself and do whatever you like. You can think about it in 4 or 5 years time if you did the right things.

Kick them all out of the country back to where they say they come from. If the countries wont accept them back put sanctions on the country as in all probability the UK has trade with them in one form or another. -

It is called acclimatisation. When you are in a narrow range of temperatures you body gets use to that range. It isn't necessarily that the temperature is increasing although on a day to day level it will change, it is because you are now accustomed to a smaller range of temperature
