I don't understand all of this as the UK and Thailand has a tax agreement so if the amount is taxed at what ever rate in the UK, why should it be potentially further taxed in Thailand?

If the apology for a government in the UK would stop criticizing the opposition as bad as they were and concentrated on effective measures things would not be like they currently are. If people arrive without verifiable documentation automatically turn them away from the country. Those they let in do not put them in hotels, give them a free phone, money and free healthcare. You would soon see the number drop dramatically.

Why would she give it back you essentially gave it to her? If anyone is to blame it is you. Act foolishly and this is what you get. Get over it, for all purposes you gave it her you cant complain now. If you report it to the police she could take legal action against you for accusing her of theft when you gave her the money. -

You have to realise that hospitals, private ones that is, operate as a company and are aimed at making money. They are businesses.

They wont give you an account with a visa exempt.

Internet speed depends on multiple things not just the weather. It is affected by the number of people on the internet, switches and servers whilst fast have limitations to their handling capacity. Installation can affect the speed as well as temperature.

I would assume the machine operator would be responsible for any damages but you would need to contact a lawyer to be sure. This is only me opinion and should not be taken as anything for legal purposes. -
Possible but not very likely. If both doing a U-turn the speed would not have been sufficient to create the carnage shown in the photo.

I have dealt with Samsung Service centres and found them to be excellent. They gave me a quick turnaround for a phone I took to them and the price was very low.
