  1. I just took a quick gander at your forum offerings. Good grief, what a fine obsession you have there! Awesome even. @DezLez seriously needs to up their game.
  2. So who dragged the need to defend him out of you? (rhetorical)
  3. ...on Soi Buakhao, Soi 6 and the other, less salubrious parts of Pattaya. There, sorted it for you.
  4. Did you use AI? @Iron Tongue probably did. Maybe you should give it a shot?
  5. Yes, we shouldn't talk about "sex with an underage girl". Then it will all go away. Hey, do you think that'll work for anti-Semitism too?
  6. There are better banks here in Thailand. Not by much though.
  7. More, fast-tracked, knee-jerk, "It seemed a good idea at the time" sort of "putting out a fire with gasoline" legislation, based on emotions and not logic, drenched in face-saving righteous indignation. I believe they banged up the first nine of these awful "terrorists" at a protest yesterday, so let's see what jail terms are dished out. But maybe we need to know what the God awful wishy washy Met have actually charged them with first. Anyway, the last I heard, the prisons are already chockers with real bad uns.
  8. If they don't implode or self-immolate first. You shouldn't campaign on a platform that embraces stopping the grifters when you are already a grifter.
  9. "Personality is defined as the unique and relatively stable patterns of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that characterize an individual and distinguish them from others. It encompasses a person's characteristic way of interacting with the world, both internally and in their relationships with others."
  10. Since Bondi beach is in Australia, I agree that Thai people would find it extremely difficult to sit in the sun there.
  11. Those very same non-attributes got Donald in the big house. Twice. I see a trend here though, so it must be the people's fault.
  12. You mean Trumps lie? Your jails were already overcrowded with home-grown a long time before the illegals started 'flooding' in. An estimated 1,617,197 native-born Americans, 67,813 illegal immigrants, and 58,515 legal immigrants were incarcerated in 2023. The incarceration rate for native-born Americans was 1,221 per 100,000; 613 per 100,000 for illegal immigrants; and 319 per 100,000 for legal immigrants in 2022. https://www.cato.org/publications/policy-analysis/illegal-immigrant-incarceration-rates-2010-2018-demographics-policy He was wrong on his first rodeo, and he's still making things up on his second.
  13. I was talking about seated MP' s where, if Sultana does successfully court the ones already mentioned, it could be five for five with Reform (the sixth is still suspended) in the current parliament. And now there's only four. https://www.telegraph.co.uk/politics/2025/07/05/reform-mp-quits-over-business-propriety-during-pandemic/
  14. Other than giving criminals, possibly child rapists, gang members, people smugglers etc. a heads up. Well done. Great comment. Probably a bigger market for an app that tracks America's home-grown criminals, child rapists, gang members, people smugglers, nut jobs, supremacists, illegal gun owners and psychos on day release. They probably commit far, far more crime and cause far, far more damage to American society than the illegals.
  15. You mean in days of old when my taxes were spent on ensuring the BASIC INTEGRITY of the armed forces bases? Palestine Action, and other pathetic, keffiyeh-wearing oxygen wasters like them, have benefitted immeasurably from this OTT knee-jerk from an idiot of a Home Secretary. When you ban something, it's exclusivity is enhanced and when it comes to these wing nuts, draws in the more radicalised and extreme. But it's good to see you're all for toeing the line back home. The thin end of the wedge should never hurt much.
  16. And thus the broad brush of "national security" has been applied, much to the detriment of national security.
  17. They did clock in, they just didn't bother picking up their tools.
  18. A coup happens when there's either civil unrest or if it is perceived to be imminent. Elected representatives being unable to form a simple quorum isn't the same. Because key on the session agenda was a controversial proposal from the Pheu Thai-led government to introduce casinos under "entertainment complex" projects, that pretty much nobody wants. That's why most of those that did show up for work, had extended coffee breaks, went to the bathroom, wandered around the grounds and generally did bugger all.
  19. The "test" will be their gender as defined on their driving licence, passport or, if necessary, their birth certificate. Not at all sure what you are on about regarding these "two classifications" unless you really and truly subscribe to the abstruse notion that one's claimed "sexual identity" is the be all and end all of any decision. The rather dim Scottish nationalist government chose to roll with letting people self identify. That got them a whole load of grief when a male sexual predator, who was prosecuted as a male, suddenly "identified" as a female during the court procedures and was sent to a women's prison. And some people get upset when they are denied using the WRONG toilet, just because they are having a Shania Twain episode?
  20. Does Thailand let biological males that identify as females compete in women's sports? Well, hold my beer.
