Airasia even charges 250 Baht for payment fee if you pay with their own Air Asia credit card. Additional charges are normal practice here. The first price for the flight is never the final price.
I once had a discussion with a lawyer for counterfeit products. He told me that for low priced items it is not worth for the fake producers to offer those. Original melatonin is not that expensive. Of course there might be exceptions but this makes sense.
I think that it is not longer possible for foreigners. I was refused to purchase it at different stations (I do not have a pink card and was also not asked for it}.
It is a prepaid Visa card. You have to download the MRT app and register the Visa card (a bit complicated). Within the app you can top up the card by QR Code.
What you need is a dermatologist who has knowledge about skin cancer. Not every dermatologist has this knowledge. Especially because skin cancer is a farang problem Thais do normally not get it. Their skin is better for tropical sun exposure even they avoid the sun.
In my case it was the sun in Thailand. I went to the sea often. It is recommended to have a checkup at least once in a while. The first time I realized the problem too late and when i finally went to have it checked the growth was too large and had to be surgically removed with stitches. I was lucky because the surgeon told me that normally he had to transplant skin from my leg to my face.
I have a similar problem. At least once a year I let a dermatologist do a checkup. I had several basal carcinomas removed in the surgery department and endless pre-cancerous spots removed with liquid nitrogen (frozen off). Aldara cream works only on small pre-cancerous spots, but sometimes does not have any effect.
Ok, every person might react differently. I like Vislube because 1 drop in each eye lasts longer than normal ones. I use Vidisic gel before going to bed. Other gels tend to blur my vision too much until into the morning hours.
Do not use boiled water. The lubricating eye drops in pharmacies have an oily substance, not water. And just pay attention to the 2 different kind of drops, one for contact lenses and one artificial tears product.
I have a similar problem. It is a dysfunction of the Meibomian glands who normally provide an oily substance to lubricate the eyes. In the nighttime I have to use a gel and in the daytime lubrication drops. Due to missing oily solution all kind of dust particles accumulate in the eyes below the lid and this leads to itching and inflammation. Therefore cleaning of the eyes is recommended, there is a good foam available in pharmacies.
