Agree. I favor continuous review of laws/regulation to see if the original need is still present, if they need to be modified or done away with entirely. Ferderal law will supersede when found by the SCOTUS, at the historical period, to be Constitutional Our history is replete with different findings at different times. Thus the 50 years of finding that Roe was constitutional only to be found unconstitutional by the Trump/McConnell Court. Yes, I am aware of the history of reversal of SCOTUS decisions over time. Yes, I am aware of state laws being enforced until the majority of the population demanded/supported the overturning of the state laws by changing the Constitution through Amendments.

Sad that you see some conspiracy when state officials investigate a supposed crime, present the evidence to a citizen Grand Jury which found there was enough evidence to warrant a trial, then a separate Trial Jury determined that the charges were valid and the person charged, Donald J. Trump was guilty of 32 charges brought against him. Thanks but my, more than half a brain tells me there were valid reasons the charges were brought.
