Arnold reveals he used to eat 10-15 eggs per day. And no indication that it was just the whites. https://www.menshealth.com/uk/nutrition/a44471164/arnold-schwarzenegger-daily-diet-eggs/ Is Eating Eggs Good for You? We all know that eggs are high in protein and nutrient dense with many vitamins, minerals and Omega-3s. However, despite this, they are frequently demonised – which is why you may have heard of the 'two a day' recommendation limit due to their cholesterol content. Eggs are high in cholesterol at 186 mg per egg. It’s important to keep in mind that according to evidence published by Nutrients, cholesterol in the diet may not have an impact on blood cholesterol levels or risk of heart disease. However, it depends on the individual ...

No I don't remember Sleeper. I don't think I saw that one. I'll give it a go if I can find it. Take care.

I dont, but AI does: Thailand offers various log cabin retreats, especially popular in areas like Chiang Mai, Khao Sok, and Pai. Some notable options include Ecotao Lodge, Star Cabin, and Sabai House Bungalow in Chiang Mai. Khao Sok boasts numerous riverside and jungle-themed cabins, such as The Bliss Khao Sok Boutique Lodge and Khao Sok Riverside Cottages. Pai offers unique experiences like Hidden River House and Keno lodge.

We're on the same page. But also, people are addicted to their foods which are bad for them. People will attack you if you tell them their foods are bad for them because they don't want to stop eating them.

sorry, I wasn't trolling. just juggling too many concurrent things at the same time. you're right. techincally, Stallone was not a "professional" bodybuilder.
-
I deleted the post ... I knew you would debate it. Of course he was a bodybuilder. Did you see his physique? But at the end of this video, he even claims it's "unhealthy". Ok, here we go. AI confirms what I just said.

ok could be. not sure. now though maybe people have different science than was available back then.

This is from a hospital web site in Bangkok. Claiming that egg yolks help REDUCE the risk of heart disease. But not sure how many egg yolks per day is good ....but they are not the CAUSE of heart disease.

yeah, bodybuilders know all the tricks. they were ahead of their time. i remember going to gym many years ago and a bodybuilder told me he ate steak for breakfast and that time I thought he was nuts. but now I realize these guys don't eat like most people.

It's just sth that popped into my head as there are probably way more Brits in Thailand and AN than Americans. I wasn't going to start a separate thread about it. But I think it's a valid question.

how come the brits don't start so many threads about their political leaders?

Exactly. If the crap hits the fan, the guys who have sth everybody else needs will be the first to be killed. If you want to prep for the apocalypse, form a small militia with your drinking buddies on Soi 6. -

Is buying supplements on Lazada safe?

That's odd because a Youtuber said he orders everything off Lazada. I guess Youtubers cannot be trusted. Thanks! -
Is buying supplements on Lazada safe?
save the frogs replied to save the frogs's topic in The Wellness Zone
No, the brand name when I ordered appeared to be American. But when it arrived, there was different name on the bottle. With a fake address in the US on the label. It comes from China. Lazada is clearly very corrupt. Maybe not only for supplements. The furniture I checked out seemed shady with no brand names. -

You stopped using Lazada for everything? Not just supplements? Wow, owned by Aliexpress ... Chinese owned. I found it really suspicious ... I was browsing furniture items and near Brand name it said "NO BRAND". Shopee is more reliable? Thai owned? Thanks for the feedback! -
Once a day often isn't even enough because you're always sweating, unless you're in air con all day. Unless swimming also, yeah.

There are definitely scams going on. And they appear to be coming from China. Or maybe not only China, but do be cautious of Chinese sellers. Lazada even knows about this because when you return a product, they ask for the reason for the return and one of the reasons on the drop down menu is "COUNTERFEIT". I learned a lot from this order! Wow. My virigin ears. I guess there are millions of sellers on Lazada and there is no way for them to monitor all the sellers, apart from feedback from customers once the items have already been purchased. But why doesn't this problem exist on Amazon? Surely there must be a way for Lazada to handle this better? -

So inflation is necessarily always a "bad" thing? And we need to blame the President? Aren't most people, especially Americans, buying too much useless crap they don't need? That's why most of these debates are silly and useless. There's way too much simplicity about what's "good" and what's "bad" and then we need to put a measuring stick on the President's progress based on these overly simplistic measures. Maybe inflation is a good thing. Tighten your belt and buy only what you truly need. If a tree falls in the forest, does anybody hear?
