    I don't categorically define McDonald's as junk food anymore. When I'm on the go I will grab some burgers, remove the bread, avoid the fries and coke and just eat the meat. I don't consider ground beef on its own junk food.

    consider getting an electric sit-stand desk that lowers and raises. you can adjust the height with an electric motor. standing part of the day can help with back pain . ikea might have one. lazada has some. maybe a bit expensive.

    Could be part of it. Plants have FEELINGS. Could also be that he listens to crappy music. Scientific studies have shown that plants have died when exposed to heavy metal music. So my advice is stop listening to AC/DC and play some Beethoven in the background and plants won't commit suicide.

    I wouldn't say never. There are some advantages. As kids are grown up, you can see if they're good kids and worth investing time and money. But you would have to treat them as your kids. And so what? Unless you don't have a nurturing bone in your body, it's a good project to take on.

    It's not just a book. It's the main reference human beings have on God. And most people come away after reading it thinking God is a joke. What if "Satan" wrote the Bible to deceive man?

    Maybe that book is doing (mostly) the exact opposite - destroying people's peace of mind and it is the anti-thesis of promoting a peaceful life, on purpose by not so well-intentioned folks. After all, it all culminates in Armageddon. How less peaceful can you get?
