And you might create more medical problems, and what I think can be addiction to Tramadol more than a month or two use (From experience). Don't self-medicate, take only what is prescribed by hospital. CT scan was with contrast or not? This would clearly show if you have AAA. I would go to the best private hospital, and start with a CT with contrast, if negative follow other test the hospital suggest. But get your use of Tramadol under safe level.
