  1. OP has stayed about 3 weeks in Thailand with 6 visits in 10 months. I can't see how you would have any problem as that is what visa exempt is for. Surely the main focus is trying to catch people living in Thailand doing back to back entries without the proper visa. OP is not anywhere near that situation.
  2. I tried Israel passport in Israel and it said not allowed. That's why I posted the eligibility link as you didn't say where you were in your opening post (you can apply from any e-visa accepted country if you can prove residence there)
  3. Travel without doing anything will give you 30 days visa exempt. You can then easily extend that by 30 days for 1900 baht at local immigration. If you want more than that you need to apply for a tourist visa which gives you 60 days which you can also extend for 30 days same as visa exempt above. Or, you can do 30 day visa exempt, extend 30 days, then jump across the border and get another 30 days visa exempt which you can also extend 30 days
  4. I understand Israel is not part of the Thailand e-visa network, same as Australia also being excluded,.not sure why. You can check e-visa eligibility here https://www.thaievisa.go.th/
  5. Must be getting on to high season as I saw 2 crimes this morning in the space of 10 minutes (1) waiting for baht bus soi bukhao and this young thai guy sprinting towards me with a huge guy chasing him yelling to stop. Chaser had to stop when all his stuff started falling out of his pockets. Funny thing was he had 2 tourist wallets still strapped on so don't know what the guy stole (maybe phone?) (2) got off baht bus at Witherspoons and waitresses going crazy. A guy had wallked out without paying his bill (he put 40 baht in bin and left)
  6. I'm still wondering what Testereone is?
  7. Pretty sure OP's opening sentence says he knows this already 😉 "I understand if the guest returns from a visa run, having crossed the border and left Thailand, then a new TM30 will have to be submitted."
  8. When you come in visa exempt you can do a TM30 with period of stay up to the exit date of your entry stamp (30 days). You can then apply for a 30 day extension (one time per entry) with a copy of that TM30, you don't have to apply for another TM30 to cover the extra 30 days of the extension
  9. Why do you care unless you drive one. I like seeing the idiot drivers bottom out
  10. Baht bus wouldn't even make up 1 in 10 cars on soi bukhao. Public transport is by choice for everyone not just people with disability issues as you state
  11. I imagine any one way would be opposite direction to 2nd road? That would suck for me as I use baht bus to go out on bukhao and then happy to walk home. That would be going the wrong way 😞
  12. I think make Soi Dianna the one-way point. This is already the busiest intersection on soi Bukhao so why not make it crazier 😉 On a serious note, surely Pattaya City Hospital has to have two-way traffic so any one-way would have to not include the stretch between soi Dianna and soi 15?
  13. You're thinking multi entry non-imm O which does that. OP you can get a re-entry permit for your non-imm O but that will only be up to your current 90 day stay date. If you come back after that date you will have the start the whole process again.
  14. So no need to upload the Blue Book as Chanote is all they require for address
  15. Don't you mean comply with your understanding of the TM30 rules at Jomtien, rather than announced rules
  16. OP with yet another meaningless hypothetical thread question in Pattaya forum. What's next, have you ever: - passed out in a bar? - woke up with girl you don't remember? - had your junk felt up by a ladyboy? - been hit by car crossing the road? - etc, etc
  17. OP, why do you want to know which bar it is? You said you got the pics off Facebook so how do we know you aren't some stalker that's trying to find some random girl you saw on Facebook?
  18. I thought spelling/grammar police were not allowed on Asean Now? What a way to derail a thread
  19. In my experience they don't even match chanote copy to the TM30 form. I'm sure my address is different on every TM30 I do as I can never remember what is district and sub-district and where or if to put Moo 10, so different to chanote. They never give the application more than a quick glance. As your situation is pretty unique with 2 condo joined, maybe take both chanotes and ask them what to submit? I found the initial desk staff very helpful since the new buildings opened
  20. Why not do the TM30 for 545 and then do next 90 day report also as 545. I doubt you can give 2 separate chanotes for a TM30 Jomtien very easy for TM30 now by the way. The 2 new buildings in front has stopped any lengthy queue and a TM30 can take less than 10 minutes on a good day
  21. Not sure where you needed those docs, but Jomtien requires the following: TM30 Form Copy of passport page Copy of visa (if applicable) Copy of entry stamp Copy of Condo Chanote (3 pages) They are not interested in blue book as it doesn't have your name in it. As for 2 Condo, just pick one of the condo to be place of stay and forget about the other
  22. Ok, it was obviously all luck because you say so
  23. How many properties have you owned? You have spoken a lot in this thread as if you are some sort of expert but I doubt you have ever owned an investment property, never mind in Pattaya. Me, like many others got wealthy buying investment properties, so I think you speak nonsense
  24. Good luck with that as obviously foreigners cannot by land in Thailand
  25. How do you have multiple photo of girls in the bar but you don't know what bar it is?
