Thanks again. I'm trying to follow you, although this whole thing is above my pay grade. There are so many RAM settings in the bios that I don't see the woods through the trees. So I understand default speed 133MHz for 2666 MHz RAM is normal, but why the Apacer shows default speed only 1066 MHz?

I have about 100 LP's and probably same amount of singles which I brought over. i have a Technics player as well. Although I very rarely (as in never) listen to them, not sure if i want to sell

Thanks but that goes over my head :-) The memory is 2666 MHz memory, with dual rate, shouldn't it then show at 5332 instead of 1333? And why one of them actually shows only 1066 MHz? To avoid all confusion I have removed the Hyperx and this is with only the Apacer
-
Taking it to the shop is not really an option because of the setup. I added the Hyperx Fury today, previously I had only the 2 x 8GB Apacer with the same bios settings, and the same result

My MB is Gigabyte B560M DS3H V2 CPU is I5 10400 Memory is 2 x 8GB Apacer Panther gold 2666 MHz and 2 x 8GB Hyperx Fury 2666 MHz In the bios I have XMP enabled yet my memory doesn't run at the right frequencies. Anyone can advise what setting I should apply From CPU-Z NZXT cam even gives worse details

Foreign Currency Deposit (FCD)

You really don't like to be corrected, do you? Over the years there have been many posts from people who use an FCD for their extension, so maybe better give it a rest https://aseannow.com/topic/1122423-foreign-currency-deposit-account-options/?do=findComment&comment=14550861 https://aseannow.com/topic/1301303-new-rayong-immigration-requirement-for-retirement-extensions-based-on-800k-in-the-bank/?do=findComment&comment=18237699 https://aseannow.com/topic/1274961-800k-for-retirement-visa-has-to-be-transferred-from-overseas-or-can-be-hand-carried/?do=findComment&comment=17670189 -
Misunderstanding over actual size of lithium deposits found in Thailand
BenStark replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
Most of the EV users in the world don't even live in Thailand. In fact most of the world population doesn't live in Thailand. So how your EV behaves in Thailand is a lame point -

Misunderstanding over actual size of lithium deposits found in Thailand

Winter this year in North East Thailand was bitter it got down into the high teens degrees C at one point, but strangely had no effect on my EV charging or my EV’s range. Nice attempt at deflecting, which of course was to expect from an EV fanboy. You sure know that @hotchilli was talking about temperatures much lower than those in Thailand, which the largest part of the world experience right now. Today there was also an article in the EU papers that insurance on EV's will increase, as it has already in the US. So this is coming to a place near you also in the future. -

I remember when I still cut the lawn by myself, and I had a 3.5 liter jerry can, that they were always able to fill it with almost 4 liter.

Everyone knows that inheritances take time and require procedures, that is the same in every country in the world, but I guess it will ease the burden for a Thai national if the money is in Thailand instead of in Singapore -
Thailand, Belgium to Consider Launch of Direct Flights
BenStark replied to snoop1130's topic in Thailand News
For starters, they'll need two aircraft (which they don't have), three flight crew, ~ 60 FAs, a ground services contract, and slots at BRU. * assumes daily service. There has always been a direct service between Bangkok and Brussels by Thai airways. -
Foreign Currency Deposit (FCD)
BenStark replied to jayceenik's topic in Jobs, Economy, Banking, Business, Investments
Most commercial banks offer FCD, no work permit needed. I have FCD with Kasikorn. If your money is in Singapore possibly with Citibank, I suggest ask UOB first, as I understand they took over the Citibank branches in Thailand, as in my guess that would be the easiest option to move the funds. Edit: FCD witjh Kasikorn only available in selected branches, and I guess it will be same for other banks -

US House votes to authorise Biden impeachment inquiry

In the last 12 years the price has never been as high as under the liberals. During Trump it has never been as high as under Obama and Biden And the wokeness has so much gotten the overhand of you that you don't even get your claims correct. Oil prices DECREASED under Trump, and INCREASED when Biden entered office -

Really, why not show the whole picture, from when Biden started as VP in 2008 till current, with Trump in between? So strange that prices always come down nearing election time under liberals https://fred.stlouisfed.org/series/GASREGW
