You described her with language I would like to use but refrain from using. -

Quite similar to the house with the red roof that was unscathed in the 2023 Lahaina fire. NOTE: see my exchange of posts with member jas007. -

Notice I said influence, not power or authority. He seems able to wield his influence on things like illegal immigration, leniency on criminals, LGBTQ rights and other measures that have cost the state billions of dollars in nonproductive (for lack of a better word) programs. -

Same thing with Lahaina. https://www.civilbeat.org/2023/10/maui-report-on-2018-lahaina-fire-failed-to-address-issues-that-reappeared-five-years-later/ One thing we have learned from history is that we have not learned from history. -

Link has a paywall. However, another LA Times story mentions Majorie Taylor Green's comment about lasers from outer space starting the Camp Fire and another one, from another source, about the Lahaina Fire being started by something similar. I don't give much credence to anything MTG says. -

I don't recall any houses with blue roofs that survived the Lahaina Fire, but here is one with a red roof. https://www.npr.org/2023/08/24/1195331310/red-roof-house-fires-lahaina-hawaii Would be nice if you have any examples. -

If you don't have an excuse, find one. If you can't find one, invent one. -

So you are claiming that Gavin Newsom has no influence over water conservation. Funny how he manages to get everything else done, including funding all sorts of benefits for illegal aliens. -
Phuket Airport tourist cries fowl over 3,000 baht Subway sarnies
Hawaiian replied to snoop1130's topic in Phuket News
Sad, if you think everyone wants to eat airport food. Besides not all of it is healthy either. I am the cook both here at home and in Thailand where we visit once or twice a year. It so happens my Thai girlfriend enjoys my cooking (she does not cook) and requests for me to make sandwiches with no processed meats. Ever been to HNL. Not much to offer with a lot of fast foods. That is where we eat our sandwiches on the layover to Japan. And HNL is NOT air conditioned so not having a hot meal is fine for us. Speaking of hot foods, we were in Yosemite in late November and stopped at a small restaurant for a bowl of hot soup. A can of Campbell's vegetable soup was opened and heated up and served to us. Yes, it's sad if you think it is all about saving money. As I mentioned, it more about convenience. -

We do too. Arriving early at our gate we can snack at our convenience on a variety of things like jerked meats, mixed nuts and even home prepared sandwiches. Sandwiches are refrigerated and put in a carry on bag just before we leave home. On some flights, JAL even provides a refrigerated snack in a durable plastic bag an hour before landing that can be consumed on board or eaten in the terminal. It's more about convenience than paying for airport food. -
Tourism stocks tumble amid Chinese tourist fears

From my experience Japanese tourists are hard to beat. Most are neat and polite and not loud and boisterous.- 13 replies

Thanks for the correction. My bad.

When you pointed out to me that I misinterpreted one of your posts, I admitted it. Now that you are in the same position, you accuse me of playing games. I purposely used the term "in general" and you either failed to see or understand the context of the message. You are the one being insincere. Grow up. Stop acting like a little kid.

Still don't get it? Dictionary definition of in general: usually,or in most situations. I did not claim only or all anti-Trumpers were leftists because the record, as you have given, shows otherwise. DUH! You need to unclutter your mind from your feverish anti-Trump agenda.
