  1. Don't be a tosser. Save the canals.
  2. Is it all countries and creeds or just one or two? While we are on the subject of female beauty. What's with all the giant arses/asses?
  3. Donald Trump Family Tree? Strangler Fig
  4. When I saw the Who at Charlton Athletic those were the monitors not the main speakers.
  5. What's wrong is that most numpties don't know what socialism actually is. They think anything that isn't selfish and self-centered is communism. Capitalism is king except if your house is on fire then you dial 911 and wait for a big red socialist truck.
  6. How does one do the blue @Wuvu2 thingie? Which Icon to use.
  7. So the photo was taken in London in Belgravia and "Giuffre, who was 17 at the time". Given the age of consent in UK is 16 why all the condemnation of Andrew.
  8. Damn. Did I waste my time joining the Masons?
  9. What speed do you cruise at on the Hywy.
  10. Just use Passport. Then use pink card if you want to use your misspelt name in Thai.
  11. 😁 I don't particularly like chilli so most Thai food is off the list. Sports Bars OK. but they mostly show soccer 👎 I'll trade you books shops for hardware stores. But yes I should get back into reading. At least there is a place between Top North and Maddog that sells the Bangkok Post.
  12. Loi Kroh is OK. Is their an equivalent inside the moat? I know their is a Jazz club but very crowded. I've been to The Swan Burmese Place. I'm not really a foodie I just eat mostly to stay alive I suppose Breakfast World is technically in the Old City. That's OK maybe twice.
  13. Is that the best retort you can come up with?
  14. The US is no longer a trusted partner. Yeah he's done a wonderful job. Just one or two? How are those coffee imports doing? F-35 sales? Well I suppose it doesn't matter where the coffee comes from as long as the price is right but now there are more middlemen. It is a growing list
  15. and I can't talk to my wife about it without getting a 15 minute ear bashing. Apparently the US complained about Thailand cutting off Cambodian oil/fuel. Now she is try to pronounce Venezuela.
  16. How's the 142cc working out?
  17. They are available in the North. Makro. It is the dearth of Tiger that saddens me. Although I did recently find one local cafe with Tiger draught 🥳 I have a mate who complains about the amount of local bars that pop-up and then close. All bars here sell the same swill; Chang, Leo and Singha so it is no wonder they mostly fail. We do have a couple that offer Asahi but just a couple. Seems bar owners have no imagination or maybe the consumers don't.
  18. Probably, if you mean when Thaksin and Hun Sen agreed to share the offshore energy recourses in the Overlapping Claims Area (OCA). Of course with Thaksin now sidelined..........
  19. Already! Almost everyday on the moat road near Top North hotel in CM. Well on the few occasions I've been there.
  20. Yep. One of them is on the list. Of course that depends on whether one is driving through or planning to settle. I have visited Chiang Mai a few times. Just another large Thai city with lots of traffic. I didn't find any endearing features.
  21. So the UK economy must be doing OK. Also Brits get about 28 days (5 weeks) paid leave vs. USA 10 (two weeks+) So it makes sense many of them venture further afield for vacation/holiday.
