IMO Putin would have to be an idiot to agree to something like that with a resumption of attacks the day after. Quite right too. During my nurse training I was working in obstetrics and in the post natal ward I was required to examine female genitalia to make sure there were no problem post partum. IE I had to go into a ward full of women and look at all their private parts ( behind a curtain, of course ). I didn't get any complaints that I was behaving inappropriately while doing so. BTW, If I woke up one morning as a real woman, I'd never let any man near me unless they had proof of vasectomy. Having a baby is not something I'd ever want to do- too much pain and screaming.

We'll never know if that is true or not. Given Harris was the candidate I think he would have won anyway, and if she had not been I'd be happy enough if Trump had lost. I only wanted him because it would be Biden or Harris otherwise. I was a Bernie supporter in 2016 and 2020. Pity what happened to him.
