  1. You can use about any bank statement you can print out to give them. It is only needed to prove the equivalent of 20k baht ($1000 on their site) requirement to apply for the visa.
  2. You will need to transfer the equivalent of 65k baht into a Thai bank from the UK for 12 months when you use the income option to apply for a extension of stay. You will also have to meet the requirements for 800k baht in the bank after you applied for your current extension and then 400k baht until you apply for the extension using the income option,
  3. It will be processed by the Thai embassy or a official consulate in your home country or a country you have legal residence in. Some embassies cover more than one country. Not all embassies or official consulates use the e visa system.
  4. If he actually has a extension based upon being the parent of a Thai he could apply for a 60 day extension to visit his child if he has not applied for one since his last entry to the country with a visa. A custodian extension does not really exist.
  5. If on a extension of stay you only need 30 days of insurance. Many people with extension have entered with only 30 days of insurance without a problem.
  6. It would be transferred to show a his current permit to stay was still valid before leaving the country. You cannot get a departure stamp without having a current permit to stay stamp in your passport.
  7. It would have to cover covid 19 treatment up to $10,000 and it would have to clearly state that on the policy or a certificate.
  8. You would show both passports when entering the country and they will stamp you into the country in your new passport. Then you would need to go to your local immigration office to have your stamps transferred to the new one.
  9. It is not required to leave the country. Immigration will do it when you leave the country. If you went to immigration to have the transfer done they would likely tell you to do it when leaving the country's. They normally only do the stamp transfers for those on long stay extensions.
  10. No You can use any insurance that meets the requirements for the covid 19 insurance.
  11. You use both passports when leaving the country and immigration will transfer your current permit to stay to the new one and stamp you out of the country in it.
  12. Not if the changes fall within the authority granted by the ongoing emergency decree.
  13. Yes and it is the same for many others that do not have a need or desire to work.
  14. I think you are thinking of applying for a long stay extension. It is not the same when applying for a 30 day extension of stay. About 2 weeks is the most that many office will accept a application for one.
  15. You could apply for a non-o visa after entering visa exempt at immigration. Requirements are here: https://www.immigration.go.th/wp-content/uploads/2022/02/6.FOR-PROVIDING-SUPPORT-TO-OR-BEING-A-DEPENDANT-OF-A-THAI-CITIZEN-SPOUSE-VISA-NON-O.pdf You will need 400k baht in Thai bank in your name only on the day you apply. Then during the last 30 day of the 90 day stay the visa allows you can then apply for the one year extension of stay based upon marriage. You can get a work permit and work with a non-o visa or the one year extension based upon marriage. The advantage of doing that is that your permit to stay does not end on the day you job end were on a extension based upon working. Another option is to apply for a non-o visa before leaving France on the e visa site here https://thaievisa.go.th/Home/ . It done entirely online and you are issued a sticker less visa by email.
  16. There is no rule that states that. Thailand and Australia both allow having dual nationalities.
  17. Moved to here. My suggestions is for him to have both passports. Use the Australia passport to enter there and the Thai passport for here. It is not a problem for him to have both passport.
  18. How many provinces do you think have agents available to help at the immigration? I would guess less about 8 maybe.
  19. Yes you can apply for your extension when it is due after changing your address to Hua Hin.
  20. The new rules do not go into effect until May 1st. When will you be returning to Thailand. You could do the application on the 1st if entering after that day.
  21. They will need to apply for a Thailand Pass on this site. https://tp.consular.go.th/ The will need proof of $10,000 of covid 19 insurance. The changes start on May 1st. Edit: Did you notice the topic you posted is a advertisement and may be out of date.
