If you entered using a tourist visa you will do it a counter J at Chaeng Wattana. If visa exempt you will do it at a new office.

MTT is closed as of today. If your entered visa exempt you will go to a new office. If on a tourist visa they have been done at Chiang Wattana for some time now.
