  1. It depends upon what you mean by a Google map. If you mean a link to a map that shows your house it would not be accepted. But if you printed it out to show directions from nearest main road or extension it would be accepted. I have been using a copy of the same handsaw may for serval years now that immigration officer did with my wifes help and he gave me a copy of it to use for the next extension.
  2. You could make arrangements to apply for a extension based upon medical treatment while in quarantine. You could have somebody do it for you if you can provide documents proving your are in quarantine due to a positive covid 19 test.
  3. You can apply for a 60 day extension to visit your wife or child if you have not applied for one since your last entry to the country with a visa. Your wife would not have to involved with getting the extension to visit your child but they would need to be with you when you apply.
  4. This site that a lnk shown on the Thailand Pass site shows 36 of them in Samut Prakarn (their spelling on the site). https://web.thailandsha.com/shaextraplus
  5. 1/4. That is only needed if your are not a citizen of the country where you applying. If a citizen you just upload a copy of your passport photo page. 2. That is a for a multiple entry tourist visa (METV). Is that what you are applying for. 3. Not needed unless you are staying in somebody's residence.
  6. The OP has a certificate from Hong Kong not Thailand. Both of my Thai vaccination certificates done by the MOPH have my passport number on them and QR code shows the same info. I got the international one issued online.
  7. The Thai Elite PE visa is in a category of its own but it is close to being a tourist visa and not a non immigrant visa. Whether or not you can apply for a covid 19 extension will depend upon the immigration office where you apply.
  8. He is on a non-o visa he got at immigration based upon working as a volunteer. He cannot change to a non-ed visa but if immigration was willing to do it he could change to a extension of stay based upon attending a formal school (university and etc) instead of working as a volunteer.
  9. That is just false and outdated info on that embassy website along with many others. They have had that info on their websites for a long time since they never learned about them being available since 2014 when the immigration order allowing them was issued. You can apply for a 30 day extension of your visa exempt entry.
  10. That might work with one that does not have QR code on it. It might cause a mismatch of the info and cause a problem in that case.
  11. If on a extension of stay with a re-entry permit or a multiple entry visa you do not have to do another TM30 report unless you change addresses or enter with a new visa. Site for the TM30 reporting is here. https://extranet.immigration.go.th/fn24online/
  12. I have merged your 2 topics asking the same question since both had replies.
  13. You have to stay in SHA+ hotel when you the test on day 5. From the Thailand Pass site. And in Thai for your wife.
  14. Your vaccination certificates will be accepted with your ID number on them. You passport number on them is not mandatory since many countries issue them without it. The important thing is you name them. You have to use your passport number on the Thailand Pass since the is what you will be using to enter the country.
  15. I have seen nothing about the income being raised to 85k baht from 65k baht. I think that was just speculation. There certainly has not been anything official mentioning it.
  16. Did you open the new online site at https://tm47.immigration.go.th/tm47/#/login that was was announced about 2 months ago? Or did you download the mobile app that has been available for few years now?
  17. As far as I know they are available now. The were allowed again at the end of September last year when the order canceling them expired.
  18. I am correct. I suspect you were given false info by employers and such or 2nd info from somebody.
  19. I have seen many reports of the extension application being denied since the covid 19 restrictions went into effect. This from a embassy website. Note the ones for family members and nonte of them are for retirement. Source: https://thaiembdc.org/visas/
  20. I am sure his non-b visa expired long ago. He on a permit to stay from that non-b visa and extended that stay based upon teaching. Many have changed the reason for their extension when working and etc. No specific visa category is required to apply for a extension of stay. It order for theme only states it has to be a non immigrant visa.
  21. At most offices the TM30 report is enough to change your address.
  22. You would need a bank statement showing the transfers came from abroad. If not coded as international transfers you will need credit advises to prove they came from abroad. Maybe she was not familiar with the rules. The immigration order clearly states in can be 400k baht in the bank or 40k baht of income. You are the legal father of your child due to marrying her after they were born. Your marriage certificate would be enough proof.
  23. If you can prove a income of at least 40k baht per month by way of proof from you embassy or transfers into a Thai bank for 12 months it will be accepted to apply for a extension of stay based upon being the parent of a Thai. Are you legal father of your child by way marriage or legitimization of your parenthood? That is required to apply for the one year extension.
  24. Immigration does not issue non-o visas for family members of a person on a extension of stay based upon retirement. At this time most embassies and official consulates will not issue a non-o visa for family members unless a person is on a non-b visa or extension based upon working and etc.
  25. Yes This on the Thailand pass site. https://tp.consular.go.th/en/plan
