That list is for those that are wanting a yellow house book tied to a blue house book that is not one for a condo they own. Most people asking for them are married to a Thai and want one for the house owned by the spouse. -

A Thai does not need insurance to enter the country if they enter on their Thai passport since they are covered under the government insurance. Easy to find info about it on the Thailand Pass site by selecting Thai nationals. https://tp.consular.go.th/ -

A blue house book for a condo owned by foreigner does not have their name in and they cannot be registered in it. They get a yellow house tied to the blue house book as the owner of the condo that has their name in it. -
The problem at this time is that embassies and official consulates have not been issuing a non-o visa for family members of person on a visa or extension of stay based upon retirement due the covid 19 outbreak. Immigration does not issue non-o visa for them either. In the past many people had to make a trip to a nearby embassy or consulate to get the non-o visa. Some people have been able to apply for a non-o visa for retirement and the apply for the extension for being a member of the family of a person on a extension based upon retirement.

Non-O to Non-B possible now in thailanad?
ubonjoe replied to problemfarang's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
You cannot change non immigrant visa categories at immigration. The only way to do that is to leave and re-enter the country. You can apply for a extension of stay based uon working with a non-o visa or another category of non immigrant visa. Only a non immigrant visa is required to apply for a extension. -
