  11. A blue house book for a condo owned by foreigner does not have their name in and they cannot be registered in it. They get a yellow house tied to the blue house book as the owner of the condo that has their name in it.
  12. The problem at this time is that embassies and official consulates have not been issuing a non-o visa for family members of person on a visa or extension of stay based upon retirement due the covid 19 outbreak. Immigration does not issue non-o visa for them either. In the past many people had to make a trip to a nearby embassy or consulate to get the non-o visa. Some people have been able to apply for a non-o visa for retirement and the apply for the extension for being a member of the family of a person on a extension based upon retirement.
  13. I you case you should not need a long stay permit to stay from a extension of stay. Do you have a blue house book for you condo? If you have one it should be any problem to get a yellow house book.
  14. That is a 90 day extension you are writing about not a report of staying longer than 90 days in the country that is free.
  15. No It is this on the first page of the immigration order that immigration uses to do the covid 19 extension. That is also why they have to be approved at higher level of immigration.

  17. He should have a visa and a extension of stay. Children under the age of 15 are not fined for a overstay but they should still have a valid visa or extension.
  18. No insurance is required for your extension of stay or the extensions for your family's extensions.
  19. You family members can apply for apply for the same extension they have been getting after your change your extension from working to retirement.
  20. That has been stated for every extension of the order for the 60 day covid 19 extensions. In reality it depends upon the office where you apply for the extension since they may want more proof for them.
  21. You cannot change non immigrant visa categories at immigration. The only way to do that is to leave and re-enter the country.
