  1. Have you changed you address to Chiang Mai by submitting a TM30 report? That will be needed to the report in CM. The mention of the TM7 is part of the statement that you you used one when you applied for a extension of stay
  2. You can do a topic in the Bangkok forum. https://aseannow.com/forum/38-bangkok/
  3. That will be accepted. Not all banks use the FTT code in your bank book. Some use a different code. Look at the bottom of your bank book pages for the code used. Bangkok Bank has them on the last page.
  4. You must prove a year of transfers from abroad that is not less than 40k baht to apply for a one year extension of stay.
  5. Use the date you entered the country to see if that will work. Be sure you enter it correctly (day/month/year).
  6. As far as I know it still closed to foreigners like all other border crossings to Myanmar. The nearest crossing is the Chiang Kong crossing to Laos. Map: https://goo.gl/maps/NGkbgc63cT4Nrsva6
  7. From this website. https://skyteam.traveldoc.aero/results And on: https://infopages.traveldoc.aero/information/coronavirus I assume it is basic travel insurance.
  8. That visa is only issued to those who have permanent residency in Thailand.
  9. Not according to the IATA map. https://www.iatatravelcentre.com/world.php
  10. You only need a termination letter from the school to cancel your current extension of stay (it is not a visa).
  11. Until March 31st you will get a 45 day visa exempt entry that can be extended for 30 days. Two would give you more than 4 months. Most people in Chonburi do the border run to Ban Pakard to cross over to Cambodia. There are companies doing the runs to there from Pattaya.
  12. Duplicate of this topic. https://aseannow.com/topic/1276993-visa-run-to-ban-pakkad-cambodian-border/ This topic
  13. They will ask you if you want a single or multiple entry when you submit the application and pay the fee.
  14. There is no 24 hours to leave if you go to immigration on the termination date. You would have to leave before midnight to avoid a overstay. Immigration will do the cancelation a few days before the termination date and the will postdate the cancelation to the day on the letter.
  15. You would first have to apply for a non-o visa based upon marriage to a Thai first. The 400k baht only has to be in the bank on the day you apply for the visa. If you can get proof of at least 40k baht of income you could use it as well. See: https://www.immigration.go.th/wp-content/uploads/2022/02/6.FOR-PROVIDING-SUPPORT-TO-OR-BEING-A-DEPENDANT-OF-A-THAI-CITIZEN-SPOUSE-VISA-NON-O.pdf Then when you apply for the extension of stay the 400k baht will need to be in the bank for 2 months or use the proof of 40k baht income.
  16. I assume you are on extension of stay issued by immigration. You would need to cancel it before leaving the country. There is no extension you could apply for unless you can qualify for another category of extension. If you qualify for a visa exempt entry you could do a border hop to get a 45 day entry that can be extended for 30 days. Where are you located now. .
  17. They normally do not ask for a copy of affirmation of permit to marry document from the embassy. It is really meant for a couple that recently go tmarried (within 30 days or so).
  18. Immigration still only shows the TM28 form instead of the TM27 for download. I think many offices still use it for a change of address. T he reporting a stay of more than 24 hours in another province section is not used anymore since the requirement was eliminated in 2020.
  19. You should be able find a schedule for it on their website. https://www.nakhonchaiair.com/view/
  20. Since February of 2020 the TM28 form is not used, It was replaced by the TM27 form. Most want the TM30 done instead of the TM27 change of address form.
  21. This from a immigration order changing the immigration order clause 2.22 that went into effect on October 1st.
  22. You can also download the entire immigration act in the pinned topic at the top of page one of this forum. Section 4 of the act states this.
  23. The embassy in Vientiane and the consulate in Savannakhet issue them. Both near the border to Laos. The embassy in Kuala Lumpur also does them. See: https://image.mfa.go.th/mfa/0/n3gTFT2TOE/NON-IMMIGRANT_VISA_(O-Retirement)-new.pdf If you qualify for a visa exempt entry you can do a border hop at crossing in Cambodia that is only a trip from Bangkok. You could then apply for the non-o at immigration.
