That would not work. The rules require staying in the province where the office is located for a period of time the rules I posted shows 3 months but it is not strictly enforced when person has recently entered the country. Did he have at least 15 day remaining on his stay in the country and the financial proof for the visa application? The rules state you do not need to do a TM30 report when traveling within the country. Immigration failed to notice that the report was done by a hotel that would not change your registered address.

I think you meant a TM30 form. Have you stayed in a hotel and etc since your last report? Apparently the immigration office failed to pay attention to who submitted the TM30 form.

A Amphoe cannot change a marriage certificate. They might change the Kor Ror 2 marriage registry at the Amphoe where you got married. Just show immigration proof of her name change.
