  1. When was your report due? You need to do in person know. You can do it up to 7 days after the report date without being fined 2000 baht. Hard to say why it is still pending unless your office did not process it.
  2. Savannakhet does not issue a multiple entry non-o visa for being the parent of a Thai.
  3. You can change jobs without leaving the country with cooperation of both employers. You will need a termination lotter from your current employer then by the date on it you would go to immigration to cancel your current extension and then apply for the new extension with supporting documents from you new employer. The new employer would apply for new work permit to get a application approval letter and then after you have your new extension your new work permit would be issued when your current one is canceled.
  4. The Thai consulate in Savannakhet Laos is good location to apply for the multiple entry non-o visa. The fee is 5000 baht.
  5. Did you read my previous post about getting certified copy of your passport at the embassy. The you would have the copy translated to Thai and have it certified at the Department of Consular affairs of the MFA in Bangkok. Most translation services can to the certification done for you.
  6. You apply for a multiple entry non-o visa based upon marriage to a Thai that allows a 90 day stay at a embassy or consulate. Then you could apply for a 60 day extension for each of the 90 day stays at immigration.
  7. Immigration was wrong when they denied your report. A TM30 report when traveling is not required and dose not change your address. If you stayed in private residence that might be the problem. If it was a hotel or etc it certainly does not change your permanent residence,
  8. You can apply for it about 2 weeks early at most office. Some might do it 30 days early.
  9. After 2 pm. From their website. Source in Thai but Google translate works on it. https://savannakhet.thaiembassy.org/th/page/104385-ที่ตั้ง-และวัน-เวลาทำการ?menu=5d84a44c15e39c26b4004563
  10. I don't think they considered that people would want to change their email address on the system. Personally I don't think many people would want to change their email address on the site.
  11. Forgot to reply to this part of you topic. You can get a re-entry permit after your extension is stamped in your passport. Do you have a non-o visa entry now. You will need that to apply for the one year extension. Edit: Have you looked at this topic on the Family and Children Forum?
  12. Are you legal father of your child by way of marriage or by way of legitimizing your parenthood? Your passport can only be certified at the UK embassy. You can do it by mail. See: https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/1055529/Application_pack_-_certified_copy_by_post.pdf Alos more info here. https://www.gov.uk/guidance/notarial-and-documentary-services-guide-for-thailand#certified_copy_of_a_childs_passport
  13. It appears the email address is what they use for storing your record in the system. My record now has 2 different passport numbers on it. Two reports with my old passport and 2 with my new one. It is possible that somewhere in the system they may have a cutoff based upon the time between new reports done. For example it could be 12 months without doing a report that makes it obsolete.
  14. When did you do that. You do the application online now and then mail your passport after it is approved. Immigration has nothing to do with visa application at a embassy or consulate.
  15. The embassy website only mentions financial proof equal to the standard 20k baht for all visa applications. They state that is $700 on the page you posted a link to. Are you sure that you do did not apply for a Non-OA visa by mistake when doing the online application, It does require proof of 65k baht income. Not sure it is worth the effort to apply for a non-o visa for only a 90 day stay. A tourist visa would allow a total stay of 90 days by extending the 60 days it allows for 30 days at immigration.
  16. If married to Thai you can apply for a 60 day extension to visit her for each 90 day stay from the non-o visa.
  17. The resident families is for family members of person that has permanent residency. I replied to the same question on page one.
  18. Are you using the app for mobile or the new online reporting site that does not require the TM6 number ( https://tm47.immigration.go.th/tm47/#/login )
  19. You will not be able to get proof of your income from the Australian embassy here. They stopped doing them in 2018. If you can prove a year of transfers equal to or more than 40k baht from abroad it can be used to apply for a extension of stay based upon marriage. If applying for a non-o visa at immigration they will not accept transfers. You can only use the 400k baht in the bank option. If you need a non-o visa it would be best to apply for the non-o visa at a nearby embassy or consulate.
  20. D First you will need a non-o visa based upon marriage. It can be applied for at Thai embassy or consulate or at immigration. Link for non-o visa application at immigration info. https://www.immigration.go.th/wp-content/uploads/2022/02/6.FOR-PROVIDING-SUPPORT-TO-OR-BEING-A-DEPENDANT-OF-A-THAI-CITIZEN-SPOUSE-VISA-NON-O.pdf The during the last 30 days of the the 90 days from the visa you can apply for a one year extension of stay. My gentral list of requirement are here.Marriage Extension Requirements 2.pdf
