  1. You could try that if Chaeng Wattana is the office that issued your extension of stay.
  2. It would be best to plan on entering visa exempt to apply for a new non-o visa at immigration. Or if you have time apply for a new non-o visa at the Thai embassy in Paris. As far as I know immigration on arrival does not have a procedure to allow you to enter without your old passport and the new one.
  3. You visa/extension was lost with your passport. If you have copies of your passport pages and proof your passport was lost you might be able to get immigration on arrival to stamp you in to the date on your re-entry permit.
  4. There has been no change since July 1st when the new rules went into effect. Sniped from the first post I did in this topic.
  5. It would be the the visa that allowed the permit to stay that you have been extending every year.
  6. You will not find it until you register and start the application. When checking on the home page of the site you will see this for a tourist visa. The 6 months validity is for a METV.
  7. I don't think it will be eliminated anytime soon for those that are not fully vaccinated.
  8. From what I have read they are not checking for vaccination certificates. If they do not have a test they will have them do a ATK test at the airport. Not sure what kind of PCR test they are doing at the clinic. Ask if it is a RT-PCR test.
  9. It will be accepted if it is a RT-PCR test. Same if it is a antigen test (antigen test kit ATK). I think the clinic will be doing a RT-PCR test.
  10. It is still being issued in your home country. Info is here on the Thai embassy website located in Washington DC. https://thaiembdc.org/2021/05/13/metv/ You will do the application for it on the e visa website (link is on the above page).
  11. It will be accepted to a apply for a Non-OA visa application done at a Thai embassy or official consulate. It may be accept for a extension of a Non-OA entry done at immigration after September 1st. Still no clarification or a order from immigration yet. You would need this certificate signed by the insurance company. https://longstay.tgia.org/document/foreign_insurance_certificate.pdf
  12. The elite members ship would start from the day you have paid for the visa and it is approved. It The Elite visa's validity starts from the day it put in your passport.
  13. It can be a professionally done antigen test (ATK) or a RT-PCR test. Entry requirements are here.
  14. You could apply for a non-o visa that allows a 90 day stay and then apply for a 60 day extension to visit your wife. A tourist visa only allows a 60 day stay that can be extended for 30 days. You would apply for the visa using the e visa site.
  15. The info comes from the last report you did not from a database. If you have never done a report using the new system the auto fill will not work. If anything is wrong when the autofill is done you can correct it.
  16. The embassy in Vientiane and the official consulate in Savannakhet will issue a non-o visa for retirement. You could also leave and re-enter the country to get a 30 day visa exempt entry and the apply for the non-o visa at immigration. See: https://www.immigration.go.th/wp-content/uploads/2022/02/9.FOR-RETIREMENT-PURPOSES-50-YEARS-OLD-NON-O.pdf If you have a re-entry permit you would have to wait until the day it expires to leave and re-enter the country,
  17. What do you mean by accept.? Are you getting a error message when submitting the report? Be sure you are completing all the required fields when completing the report.
  18. Because a 90 day report online can be done in about 5 minutes or less. No need to leave your home and make a trip to the post office and etc.
  19. No is the answer. If your passport has less than 1 year of remaining validity your extension will only be issued to the day it expires. Then you would have to apply for new extension after you got a new passport that will be to the same date of the shortened extension. Get a new passport now. You can have both the stamp transfer to your new passport and apply for the new extension of stay on the same day. Apply for your new passport now. It will be done in plenty of time to do your extension next month. I got new passport in June since my old one was expiring in July of 2023. My extension is due this month and I did not want my to have extension date changed.
  20. Not sure about that. Best to ask such questions in ongoing topic about permanent residency. https://aseannow.com/topic/74654-cameratas-guide-to-the-permanent-residence-process/
  21. One year from the day it issued. Same for the immigrant visa you apply for to get the re-entry permit.
  22. You can do it the day before but you must update your bank book on the day you apply.
