    If the certificate you have is in Thai and English it will be accepted. It does not have to be a vaccination book. It can be the paper type vaccination certificate.

    When you change the reason for your extension of stay (it is not a visa) from retirement to marriage you new extension will start from the day you apply for it. That would mean your existing re-entry permit would no longer be valid. You will need to get a new re-entry permit valid for the length of the under consideration period.

    Check to see what address you have used for your Google account. If not a Thai address you will get that message.

    You would not need the international vaccination certificate to enter Thailand. The one you have now would be accepted. A problem could arise when traveling to other countries if your certificate is only in Thai or to board a flight to here.

    You can travel while on a under consideration period if you apply a re-entry permit that will be valid to the report back date on the under consideration stamp.

    It might be best to apply for a international vaccination certificate on the Mor Prom app that is in English and Thai. It will be sent by email so you can print it out.

    The simple answer is no. No registration of any kind is needed.

    Why? He can leave the country and enter visa exempt and then apply for non-o visa at immigration. Or he could apply for one at a embassy or official consulate in a neighboring country.

    It only takes a few minutes to apply for a re-entry permit and have it issued at either airport in Bangkok. You can apply for a re-entry permit at any time. You can get it on the day your apply for a new extension of stay (it is not a visa) and use it at anytime during the year. A single re-entry permit is 1000 baht and a multiple is 3800 baht and both of them are valid to the day your extension ends.

    When the order came out last year it was stated non Thai insurance would be accepted but there has been no additional Infor about what immigration will accept under the new requirements that go into effect for extensions on September 1st. Hopefully will will see a new amendment to clause 2.22 of immigration order 327/2557 before the 1st of September.

    That is false info. It is for anybody that needs one when leaving the country. The re-entry permit desk is open 24 hours a day. Just arrive at the airport a little early and you will have plenty of time to get it. No is the simple answer. The would only do it if you were sick and unable to travel to immigration.

    The TM47 form is proof you submitted your application. It has blank spaces for the ones that are not required such as your TM6 card number. The next step is to get a approval embai with a receipt for your report attached.

    You can change accounts but you will need your bank book for the closed account to prove you kept the 800k for 3 months and then 400k baht until you closed the account and then can show it in another account.

    I immigration has not updated their website since a amendment to clause 2.22 of the immigration order went into effect on March 1st 2019. See: Police Order 35/2562 Changing 327/2557 Clause 2.22

    Maybe study a language to get a non-ed visa and then extensions of stay.

    They normally do not do a under consideration stamp but tell you to return in 15 days to get the visa and 90 day entry stamps. When did you do the the non-o visa application?

    The are doing multiple entry non-o visas that is valid for one year based upon marriage to a Thai now. If fully vaccinated only proof of that is needed to enter Laos and return to Thailand. If not you will need a covid 19 antigen test to enter Laos.

    I think you were applying for a one year extension of stay based upon retirement not a non-o visa that allows a 90 day stay.
