  1. I assume you had a extension of stay not a valid non-b visa. Your extension of stay or the stay from a non-b visa ended on the day you left the country. You will not have a problem entering the country visa exempt.
  2. This it the STM2 form for conditions of stay and the penalties for a overstay form. 1907763644_PenaltyAcknowledgementNotice.pdf
  3. It not based upon a passport. It is by your name. Another problem is that you cannot swap passports at a border crossing. You have to use the same passport you used to depart Thailand to enter the other country and the same one when returning to here.
  4. They were changed in March of 2019. There was amendment to clause 2.22 of immigration order 327/2557. That change is here. Police Order 35/2562 Changing 327/2557 Clause 2.22
  5. I am not aware of one. Ask which crossing you want to use and somebody will able to confirm which one. For Laos all the major crossing are open. Vientiane, Nakhon Phanom, Savannakhet, Chong Mec, Loie and Chiang Rai. Cambodia about all the major crossing. Poi Pet, Ban Laem, Ban Pakard, Cham Yeam (Trat). Chong Chom (Surin) and the one in Sisaket. Malaysia all the crossings normally used for border runs are open.
  6. I think it is a bit much to compare which airports to use based upon what was happening before 2020 when covid 19 started. There has not been a enough reports of people being denied entry since the country opened up a few months ago. I think I have heard of 2 cases and they were short on info.
  7. Jim is a name I remember from the past before covid. Found a facebook page for Jim's place. https://m.facebook.com/pages/Jims-Place/151258461691517
  8. I think you will have to meet the new requirements to extend a extension that ends on or after September 1st. We will not know much more until immigration does a amendment to the immigration order stating what is required.

  11. It was changed to two 30 day visa exempt entries per calendar in 2015. It was changed to 30 days with the limit of 2 since it being only 15 days did not stop people from doing border hops to stay here.
  12. That is the official website. This the link I get after opening the site. https://www.thailandelite.com/#/ Ignore all others since they are fake or agents.
  13. The 800k baht must be in Thai bank for 2 months on the day you apply. Edit: UOB has branches here in Thailand and is registered here. Since you have a account in Singapore it should be easy to open an account here. See: https://www.uob.co.th/default-en/index.page

  15. It should work. Samui is not the same as most immigration offices. I only wrote about the TM7 form not the passport copies that would be needed.
  16. I read as to mean you did not get a anwer on the this topic. Embassies (Berlin) and official consulates (Frankfurt) are not a good source for info about what can be done at immigration here.
  17. It is the red line. Map: https://goo.gl/maps/Gn1ybxTtVk72TPn29 Not aware of the station that connects to the redline.
  18. I have not used the mobile app since the new reporting site became available. I have found it easier to use than the app.
  19. You select the reason on the affidavit. 60 Day Covid 19 Extension Affidavit.pdf229.8 kB · 1244 downloads Basically they are being issued so people can stay here longer if they want to.
  20. It is about the same. It is the same application form and etc. You will also be given a affidavit to complete that has tick boxes for the reason you need the extension.
  21. It would help if you could provide a link to the topic. it is possible that the topic has been hidden so it cannot be seen by anybody but moderators or admin.

  23. 1. No It helps you will of been outside the country for 3 weeks. 2. Nothing 3. A oward ticket is not required if you have a valid visa for entry. I don't think you will be questioned. Why can't the school provide you with the required documents to apply for a non-ed visa at a embassy or official consulate before returning?
