Former PM Thaksin Shinawatra to be eligible for parole next year

Expecting all this to be rescinded in short order. Full pardon along the way. The way the game is being played. -

Most astounding that most don't know of the real Thai markets - daily. Largely dependent on the lifeless mix that is Western style supermarkets. Pathetic.

Yet, the second time around was highly questionable - and the manipulated/corrupted mechanics, thereof - as to if it was real. Recent historic perspectives will be quite variable as to the legitimacy of it all. -
On the contrary, the talent pool is far from being shallow or limited. Plenty of qualified and competent folks afield, but the systems are purposely designed to align with the oligarchical elite and prevent anything "different" to be present - a is the case everywhere. Ever notice that it's the same circle [the world over] holding reigns of power cycle in and cycle out?

Thai PM sees a role for Thaksin when he gets out of jail
zzaa09 replied to snoop1130's topic in Thailand News
Appears to me that all these surface rhetorical calculations were a pre-planned show for media, the public sphere and particular political circles. The hospital stays, supposed illness and surgeries, protected custody, two official sentence commutes which led to a partial pardon which will lead to the expected full amnesty before one can blink again. You don't have to be too much of a genius to understand all this and the arrangement agreed upon long before he reset foot upon Thai soil. Expecting the less than vulnerable Yingluck to follow suit before the year is out. It is what it is. Let's get over everything Shinawatra.......get back to our lives and much more important issues. -

Just a sit in guised in misdirection. The real puppet master doesn't show his cards. .....and still most don't comprehend how things are done here, going on and on with such surface nonsense.
