    I have often seen condos listed for sale w/a note that says currently rented until xxxx .... for some it is a selling point as units are often purchased for investment...

    If they could easily afford it and wanted to, why not? I have bought many properties here in my wife's name... I look at it as a gift - - though I am not sure why anyone might want to own a house in England... though an old friend of mine just bought a condo in london, he seems to be enjoying that for a couple of months a year.

    I have land and am trying to find easy to grow veggies and fruits... What choices do I have? We now have papaya and banana I like strawberries, any berries, etc... I would like to grow things in large pots or build some beds... yes, I am a beginner What do you grow that you like?

    would not buy tesla or twitter or meta for that matter I will buy a nice breakfasf in town tomorrow . Hopefully no return on that investment.. You remember kenny shopsin on Morton Street in the West Village? Best breakfast but you needed to take out a mortgage to pay the bill.
