The purchase of Twitter is very suspect, and then he promoted TENET media. He also unblocked many pro-Russian accounts on Twitter. I don't believe he's clean.

let's hope the FBI finds enough proof to take down Musk as well.

no. what you describe is just one way it can be used. the script will activate the stuff either way.

I didn't look at the code, but downloading a third party script from the internet using powershell with admin privileges is a huge security risk. Be sure to properly vet the operator and the script itself before using it. I'd be interested to know what threat assessors are saying about it, but even if a group like the CCC gives it a clean bill of health, this still wouldn't mean it's without risk since the payload can change any time, or the server might serve a different script depending on who/where the client is.

there is absolutely no chance of Mongolia arresting Putin. Mongolia is completely landlocked between Russia and China and is a feeble power. They have absolutely no say in anything. -
now you are moving goalposts. so I assume you accepted my correct interpretation of the guarantees given prior to the reunification of Germany. let's turn the pages of the schoolbook to why European and NATO doors progressively closed on Putin. regarding the contents of your post I am quoting now, what you say is correct, and NATO was quite open to a partnership with Russia. there was indeed no list of countries, etc. everyone was quite open to welcome a democratic Russia in the community. during the Yetzin phase there was much hope for a partnership with the CIS / ex-Soviet states, despite Russia's rather ambivalent role during the war in Yugoslavia. but that definitely changed when Putin came to power, for the most part it changed because of how he got into power, and what he did with that power. By the year 2000, Western and ex-Soviet states leaders already had a pretty clear idea of who Putin is and knew about some things he had done, which put an end to all hopes of a harmonious cooperation, and which also prompted most of Russia's ex-Soviet neighbors to want to join NATO because they felt the looming threat. Unfortunately, Western leaders didn't have a clear idea of what else Putin was up to. There are some great broadcasts available on youtube about exactly that subject. unfortunately, I didn't save the URLs

you are being ridiculous. the context was reunification of Germany, and the discussions and documents repeatedly reference "NATO jurisdiction", which only makes sense within Germany. Because, obviously, very obviously, so obviously that it's obvious for anyone - except for pro-Ruzzian trolls - there cannot be any "NATO jurisdiction" except within NATO members. QED.

do you have any examples of how Ukrainians intently targeted these civilians ? for the Ruzzians we had examples of elderly people killed while bringing groceries home, on their bicycle, while kneeling with their hands tied in the back, torture chambers, etc. and also systematic kidnapping of children. you say 79 have been hospitalized - but you cannot possibly mean Ukrainians aren't bombing hospitals as the Ruzzians do ? why do you keep reposting that sad story about regrettable civilian casualties over and over again ? -

yes ... it doesn't make my uneasy feeling about Pokrovsk disappear though. the orcs continue making incremental gains in the east as they continue to level everything to the ground. I'm puzzled as to why the allies haven't figured out how to stop the orcs there. I'm wondering what it would take. I have yet to see an analysis of how the orcs are advancing and what an effective counter would look like. -

Putin doesn't make such threats. But you don't have to go down far in the Russian chain of command to find someone who does. In fact, just one step. Dimitri Medvedev, #2 in power after Putin, does it quite often. He would take over should Putin slip on the Kremlin's stairs. -

Teen motorcyclist dies after being hit by truck at traffic stop

I don't know how to formulate it in English/British legal terms, but even if there was no intent to kill the kid, the accident, as described, still amounts to a criminal manslaughter because of criminal negligence. The driver of the truck knowingly took the risk of driving too fast and not being able to stop the truck in time - not, as required by traffic laws, if something unexpected happened to the vehicle in front - but even for a traffic light known to be there. Thus the truck driver knowingly took the risk of killing someone - which is criminal negligence. Second - "head injuries". Several posters already asked if a helmet would have made a difference - possibly. We don't know. BUT : If she wore no helmet, Thai authorities should send a message to everyone by finding out why she girl didn't wear a helmet. If parent knew she was driving without a helmet, they should be fined (symbolically). -

except the "sparse Russians" seem to be doing fine under Ukrainian occupation, judging from dozens of videos of them going shopping, talking with Ukrainian soldiers, walking in the street, joking, etc. there is no resistance from the civilians, which is very different from what happened when the Ruzzians invaded Ukraine. -
The document talks about the "extension of NATO's jurisdiction for forces of NATO" - within Germany. It's pretty clear from the way the sentence is constructed and from the wording. And that guarantee has been fulfilled, NATO didn't extend its jurisdiction within Germany to the East at that time. What the document and the conversation was not about is other countries joining NATO.

make it an international centre for combat against propaganda, for promotion of truth and for fact-checking with funding from every country counting itself as belonging to the Free World. put statues of Goebbels and other notorious liars with murderous consequences in a pit where visitors can throw rotten eggs and tomatoes on them. and build a golf course around it.

they won't need to. and I guess nobody will argue with me when I say that this is the ultimate military power - when you don't even need to put boots on the ground. And NATO is a defensive alliance. NATO has no interest in conquering Russian territory. Russian territory, that is, as recognized by the UN. So NATO doesn't need to set foot on Russian territory to cripple their offensive capabilities. NATO's strength lies in air superiority and then air supremacy. If NATO sets its mind to it, the entirety of Russia can become a no-fly zone, and Russia's air defences and missile launchers will eat HARMs and other NATO ordinance and for the most part be reduced to smouldering memories. Russia can have any millions of footsoldiers it wants within its borders, without planes and missiles they won't matter at all and have no use except for terrorizing their own Russian population.
