In a woke country like Germany one would be stoned for such presentation. Crime rate by migrants way over the average but mostly suppressed to report. Only "men", "groups of men" and "persons" commit crimes.

Hardly a device sold in Thailand that can not handle E10. Newer cars all up to E20, some flexfuel up to E85. Newer motorbikes can handle E20. And as in your case smaller devices rely on E10 ("gasohol 95" at PTT). Pure fuel ("benzene" as Thais call it) is more and more difficult to find. Only major stations of PTT and maybe Esso (?). Not worth that hassle. 95: even if 91 octane still available stick to 95. The price difference has become marginal.

You did not mention how old the bike is. If 5 years or more an inspection is needed. Also tax payment at the DLT ("motor office") where you get the sticker for another year. For that and a potential inspection the green book is needed.
