Sure not
Quite exactly eastward, about 4800 km, 2600 nm.
Just a short hop compared to London.
The jet must have been parked at the most remote location at DMK.
Even reporters get a blurry picture only.
According to an article in Bangkok Biz News the flight will continue at 9 PM to Saipan, Northern Mariana Islands. Maybe same crew after a minimal rest time?
Wonder whether he is allowed to the terminal airside?
? The two year is obviously due to your Thai license expiring in two years.
Both the 1949 and 1968 should be available to all Thai non temporary DL holders.
Following Wiki Indonesia only accepts the 1968 ("3 year") IDP.
Doubt it has to do with issuing country.
You can get a one year IDP (1949 convention) or a three year IDP (1968 convention).
Which is the right choice depends on the country where you want to use it.
Which is?

Just noticed that this is just a follow up of a thread from April.

Try and say what you see.
I do not see a QR code (used in March) just a text saying it expires in 67 days (totally valid for 180 days).
Will these dramatic warnings switch from daily to hourly now?
There was highly dramatic one valid for five days until the 20th.
And it was NOTHING.
In the end people won't take their warnings serious at all even if justified.
The numbers sound ridiculous. This is one of many similar graphics in Thai giving advice. 40 psi is the highest number you find for a 4-door pickup (light truck).
No match for Oslo :

No sundown at the North Cape.
Midsummer festival.
But even here I notice the near 13 hour day in contrast to December.
Sure. Only the transcriptions are confusing.

Walked there a hundred times and don't know which would be a typical karaoke?
Report in Khaosod mentions girls of age 16 and 17.
Either I don't understand your post or I have to deny.
If you use an ATM card of a Thai bank that is in the cash pool network (most) then:
1) you can show the balance of your account even on other banks ATM anytime. Try it.
2) they add fees depending on location of your branch and how often you used other banks ATM (like 15 or 20 Baht). Four withdrawals per calendar month within the region/province at other banks ATM are free (conditions set by your bank).
That's from experience (and fine prints).
Checked Bangkok Bank balance at a BAAC ATM nearby, withdraw at other banks ATM uncounted times.
Even many Thai people seem to be unaware. They queue at an ATM to withdraw money while other ATMs are available.
General rule
Expired for more than one year: repeat theory (multiple choice) test
Expired for more than three years: start from scratch, theory and driving test.
There was reprieve granted for licenses that expired DURING the office closing due to COVID.
But after that renewal had to be done.
And maybe (don't know) three months to do after offices opened again.
For a change: European weather centers (ECMWF) predict significant rain.
Chanthaburi 30 to 60 mm for six days in a row.
Rayong less.
Trat looks serious too, 60 to 80 mm for four days in a row.

(I filter for ECMWF only, GFS USA hopefully wrong again with 175 mm !)
