Owner Chayen confirmed the damage seen in the footage and stated that the customer, identified as LGBTQ, was dissatisfied with the meal leading to the outburst. Despite being open to feedback, Chayen emphasized that destructive behavior is unacceptable and posed a threat to employees' safety.
A staff member, Ann, detailed that the customer first asked a waiter to taste the rice and insisted on saying it was not good, even after offering a tip.
