Has anybody had experience getting 60 day thai visa in kl.do they need onward flight ticket

In the not too distant past, KL had a terrible reputation for refusing to take applications for tourist visas. My impression is that they have lightened up a bit recently, but you should be ready for trouble if you have several previous tourist visas in your passport already. Worst case, plan to go to Penang or Kota Bharu to get the visa if KL turn you down.
