Thaivisa on Android doesn't work anymore

Since a few days the Thai Visa forum on Tapatalk doesn't work anymore. I get the message "No forums". Other forums still work on Tapatalk.

When I downloaded the Thaivisa Connect app after opening the app I get the message "you are not logged in or you do not have permission to do this action".

Where can I log in? Or how to fix this problem?

The plugin for mobile apps has been disabled due to it and others causing problems with the forum software.

It has been discussed on the last page of this pinned topic.

Just to make the team aware that the app is also affected via IOS devices, unable to log in onl6 via website.

That has also been discussed in the topic I posted the link to. No mobile apps are working.
