Two Step Authentication Phone Number

Does anyone know if it’s possible for multiple phones and iPads to list the second phone number is your settings with the same number ?

 

The family in total have 11 phones and Ipads combined plus all the other Apple devices   with the two step verification your able to list one phone number and a secondary - I’d like to list the primary as their individual numbers but secondary with the same number. 

 

Reason for this is we are leaving Thailand and l’d like to make sure we don’t gave any issues - kids are a little daft and tend to forget all the passwords. We’ll have a Thai Sim which will receive texts for free so it seemed logical or not ?
