The nature of the posts of those engaging it on here have made it clear that, even if proven, they will still blame the victim in this case. 

 

Comments along the lines of "how can you be raped by a boyfriend", "she went back to the room with them", "she only cried rape because... (insert typical rapist apologist excuse here)". 

 

Comments about her weight and looks also expose the misogyny and body facist attitudes of many as well. 

 

There is a victim in this story and many are blaming her for what happened.

Your comment makes sense except one point. She is a victim of rape, no matter what a court determines. I believe the cases of false rape are actually not too high. It takes a lot for a woman to make a rape complaint likely due to the victim blaming culture. Then after going through a trial women are also victimized by the legal system. No wonder the numbers of rapes reported here are low, The conviction rate is very low.

FBI says around 10% of rape accusations are 'unfounded'. But those statistics don't include false accusations of rape (or child abuse) when the women are seeking divorce, which are around 50% (in the USA). Only 8% of US reported rapes result in convictions. 

I have no idea about Thailand, of if their conviction rates are lower than the USA.

My prejudices are only of that of your opinions. Race has nothing to do with it, but profiling based on appearance and facial expression in photograph and that regions known behavior of its people in Thailand doesn't leave much more to be desired. And the girl should have from the start known that that leopard had adulterated stripes or is connected to some with them. So, to nip this in the bud (highly doubtful as you are always wanting the last word for perhaps ego purposes), it is not only me you seem to have direct friction with. For this subject it is not victim or not victim or whatever and send a bleeding heart out because she says she was raped, but the circumstances looking at it directly. Now, if he was from the USA or UK I would think twice about it and then you would probably be correct in saying I am a racist. But not the case.

If her boyfriend goes out to buy condoms, that can cause suspicion. It can also be that he need to have for her upcoming period. Really nothing to think about if you believe you can trust him.

The freshly made up bed, might just be on the photo. Sometimes that is totally irrelevant to what really was the scene.
