Not entirely sure who the victim is in this case, could be an extortion racket and the guy is the victim.

Not sure why the police are interested in this case either, girl in a hotel room voluntarily doesn't usually interest them. I can still remember the PM announcing girls who wear bikinis deserve to be raped and murdered.
