Not entirely sure who the victim is in this case, could be an extortion racket and the guy is the victim.

Not sure why the police are interested in this case either, girl in a hotel room voluntarily doesn't usually interest them. I can still remember the PM announcing girls who wear bikinis deserve to be raped and murdered.

Is Cameroonian listed as one of the nationalities of native English speakers entitled to get a teaching licence to teach English?  I doubt it but, if it is, it should not be.  Less than 17% come from the officially English speaking districts and they speak a local variety of Pidgin English.  The rest come from the officially Francophone parts.  Many Cameroonians can speak neither English nor French.  There are about 250 native languages and most speak one of these as their native language, not English or French.
