Wouldn't call it proof but there's certainly indications such as: Does Cambodia tax worldwide income? An individual is deemed to be a Cambodian resident if he is domiciled in or has a principal place of abode in Cambodia or is present in Cambodia for more than 182 days during the calendar year. Cambodian residents are taxed on their worldwide salary income. Vietnamese citizens and foreigners (non-Vietnamese citizens) who are deemed tax residents of Vietnam are subject to personal income tax on their worldwide income at the progressive tax rate from 5 percent to 35 percent. The official currency of Vietnam is the Vietnam Dong (VND). -

As I said it is very very rare, I guess that actually quite a few of these people are on a forum like this, as it's a old forum. I think 1/20 is even very optimistic. I met 1 person who still is together (20 years now) but they also knew each other since late 20s. -

Drain fly problem.
So these are fruit flies opposed to diptera house flies? Your fruit fly problem is most likely originating from fruit in the kitchen and food waste trash then migrate to the bathroom. Keep the fruit stored outside, and store the food waste in the freezer or outside will solve the issue. -

A smarter move by them would be to have known he was carrying it, having been alerted by dogs or other technology, and letting him go back to his home country so as to avoid wasting money prosecuting and jailing him. Contact his home country and let them know he's on his way and let them deal with all the financial burden he's gonna cause the legal system/taxpayers. -

K bank E-mail with Tax Forms attached ?
I think the Thai IRS would be alerted that a foreign Thai bank-account holder did not apply for a Thai TIN. Unfortunately it's not up to use to decide whether a Thai TIN is needed for our tax-situation, otherwise everybody would say 'not needed' and leave it at that. -
