January 11, 200719 yr im renting an apartment, in a building with 6 other apartments. its very very private. when i moved in 2 months ago, it was brand new. never been used. everything is mostly still brand new, as i havnt used anything. my girlfriends father passed away, and we need to go back home. still dont have a time for when we will be coming back to thailand. It is a very large studio. it has a large double bed. a 28" t.v. wireless internet and air conditioning. living space would be.... a large bedroom area, a very large and beautiful bathroom, a large walk in wardrobe with huge storage space, and a very large living room area. there is massive amounts of open floor space, with beautiful furniture. I REALLY DONT WANT TO MOVE, BUT I CANT AFFORD TO PAY THE LEASE AND NOT LIVE THERE!! i really reccommend looking at this place. anyway, the rent is 13,000 a month. however, this includes, wireless broadband (VERY fast) no charge on any water usages. electricity is charged at 5 baht a unit. air conditioning. fully furnished to a beautiful design. free use of 3 washing machines and 1 tumble drier. (there is also a communal room downstairs). hot electric shower. the room is serviced every monday and friday ( the cleaners do an exceptional job) other benefits are, the land lord is a thai lady, who speaks perfect english. use of a free phone down stairs. its a real bargain not to be missed. there are social events with the other tennants, and the rooms are all very sound proofed.(no idiots with their t.v on loud at 3am). if your interested, then pm me and i can call you. i honestly reccommend you just come and look at the place. its beautiful and not to be missed. ramkamhaeng soi 36/1. bangkapi.
