Absolutely classic

Featured Replies

Last year I asked a Thai lady I used to be "involved" with to keep a bag of beach clothes and stuff for me till I came back this year, and she agreed to do so.

I came back a few months ago and contacted her to ask if she could bring said bag to the hotel next time she was in town ( which she visits regularly- she lives elsewhere ). However, she kept making excuses as to why she couldn't bring the bag which seemed strange. Eventually, I actually caught up with her on a visit, and made her promise to bring the bag next time.

She called me some time later and said she'd bring the bag to the hotel when she was in town next.

Sure enough, said bag appeared in the hotel lobby one day and the receptionist let me know. She mentioned that the lady dropped it off and rushed away without wanting to talk to me. Puzzling, but explained when I lifted the bag and found it empty. She kept her word and delivered the bag, but without the contents.

:w00t:.

Evidently you were her preferred size.....

Having read OP's comment and given it much thaught, I came to the conclusion:

This is a true "classic".

There are so many "Classics" around, eventually someone will make a compilation.

Cheers.

And who is really surprised at this, other than perhaps the OP.

Where do I say I was surprised? It was a gamble from the start. The only surprise was that she actually kept the bag.

Try to keep up.
