The issue was about what you think is required for a legal checkpoint. Blowing smoke doesn't answer my reply to your false claim about cones. Next.

Not being in LE I don't know the standard procedure for stopping fast moving motorcycles but that certainly did not look like a safe maneuver.  

I understand he was trying to do his job but Thailand has to better train and equip their LE.  

More quality, less quantity so that they can pay em better and lower corruptive motives.

I've seen those spike traps in the movies which might have worked better in this case.

 

Just hope the policemen fully recovers and that those 2 idiots spend lots of time behind bars.
