A Swiss man managed to crawl out of his overturned car as it burst into flames in Hat Yai last night

 

Twenty nine year old Garry Ferguson (name transliterated from Thai) was rushed to Hat Yai hospital by medics on the scene.

 

His Honda City was completely destroyed. He had hit and bent a power pole near the end of Soi Chum Uthit 4 on Rat Yindee Road in the southern Thai town.

 

The car ended up outside the Krung Thai bank.

 

Daily News said that the driver had a head wound and would follow up on the story.
