Emergency Phone numbers Chiang Mai

Having tried the Search function with no result can anyone provide Emergency Telephone Numbers for use by a non Thai speaking frang in Chiang Mai ?

My friend suggest the Tourist Police where one MIGHT find an English speaker.

I was advised by PM to call 1155 which is Tourist Police in Bangkok and they have English speaking Officers on duty who would give phone numbers to call in a CM emergency.

I assume that all other members are like me, unaware of any Emergency Phone Numbers in CM.
