TOT connection

we have just had installed a T O T fibre optic  cable  internet and television package ,we are out in the sticks at si that, it is quite acceptable and the quoted price per month is great, it functions perfectly from dawn to 7,30 pm  but every night at 7.30 it goes off, when re booted after about 15 minutes the same happens to both tv and internet, this is driving me crazy, she has rung many times but no one ever comes to fix it, has any body else had this problem with T O T
