Can anyone recommend a builder (preferably who can speak some English) in Pattaya? Its not for a huge project, just the enclosing of a covered car port with two walls to make an extra room on the house.

I've already been quoted around 80,000 (excluding an aircon), but not sure I trust the people who quoted.

Any personal recommendations welcome.
