recommendation for where to get MB air upgraded and/or repaired

I have a 2013 MB air. Two issues:

 

1) Last week it started saying it had no battery... now I don't believe the battery is dead, because it was working fine a few weeks ago, but clearly something is wrong. It still works perfectly with mains. I guess anywhere I take it though they will insist on changing the battery and charging me for brand spanking new one?!?! (How much is new one by the way?)

 

2) It has 4GB RAM. I really really want 8GB RAM. So a RAM upgrade would be great.

 

Anyway, looking for recommendations for a competent repair shop that can take care of these issues in a friendly, timely manner and offer good value, not "I see a farang Apple owner coming" ringing-of-hands attitude that is all too common, lol.

 

Who has done a good repair + upgrade job for you guys in BKK? Thx.
